An apparatus includes logic circuitry, such as an interrupt controller, that serially arbitrates among a plurality of incoming interrupt requests for a target device and produces a selected incoming interrupt request. The logic generates a message signaled interrupt (MSI) message for the target device based on the selected incoming interrupt request using a plurality of linked lookup tables, such as a hierarchy of LUTs that include data used to generate the MSI message. Associated methods are also presented.

Undetermined terminal-based accelerated joint quantum remote state preparation method

The invention relates to a method for setting and operating redundant paths in a quantum communication network, wherein a transmitter implements simultaneous transmission of signals on a working path and protection paths. The signal transmitted on the working path is a primary signal, and the signals transmitted on the protection paths are follow-up signals. In a case that the working path is normal, the transmitter forwards the primary signal on the working path level by level, to implement long distance transmission of a quantum signal. In a case that the working path fails, a proxy working path is selected from the remaining protection paths with the highest priority, and the transmission of information is eventually completed on the proxy working path. It can be prevented that unknown quantum information is damaged and becomes unrecoverable during transmission, thereby greatly improving the security, stability, and reliability of information transmission during quantum communication.

Method for configuring and operating redundant path in quantum communication network

Disclosed is a handle locking device including a first frame, a first hook and a second frame, wherein a second hook is provided on the first frame. The first and second hooks are rotatably installed on the first frame, and the second frame capable of fixing the first hook and the first frame. Since the handle locking device is only be installable on a circuit breaker by mating between the first hook and a first installation part of the circuit breaker and mating between the second hook and a second installation part of the circuit breaker, an operator is prevented from unintentionally setting an 'OFF' position of the handle locking device in an 'ON' position of the circuit breaker during installation. The first hook is rotatably installed on the first frame, so that the handle locking device can be conveniently and rapidly installed on or demounted from the circuit breaker.
