A display panel and a display device are disclosed. The display panel includes a first substrate and a second substrate that are aligned and bonded together, and further includes a spacer disposed between the first substrate and second substrate. One end of the spacer is disposed on the second substrate, and the other end faces the first substrate. The first substrate further includes a first limiting groove that is disposed on one side adjacent to the second substrate and that corresponds to a position of the spacer. The other end of the spacer extends into the first limiting groove. A first limiting protruding strip is disposed on a groove wall of the first limiting groove, and the surface of the first limiting protruding strip facing the spacer abuts against the side wall of the spacer, defining a gap between the spacer and the groove wall of the first limiting groove.

The transmission system includes a first shaft, a second shaft, a first semi-clutch, a second semi-clutch and an elastic component, the first shaft is coaxial with the second shaft, the first semi-clutch is slidably sleeved on the first shaft axially, the second semi-clutch is connected to the second shaft, a first tooth is formed on an end surface of the first semi-clutch facing the second semi-clutch, a second tooth is formed on an end surface of the second semi-clutch facing the first semi-clutch, and the elastic component applies axial elastic force to the first semi-clutch to enable the first tooth and the second tooth to be engaged.

A variable spacing device includes a support member, a driving member, a number of movable graspers, a limiting block, and a pushing block. The movable graspers are slidably mounted in a line on the support member. Each movable grasper grasps a workpiece. The limiting block is mounted on the support member and arranged in parallel with the pushing member. The limiting block defines first sliding grooves having a length gradually decreasing along a same direction. The pushing block defines second sliding grooves having a length gradually increasing along a same direction. Each movable grasper moves within a corresponding one of the first sliding grooves and a corresponding one of the second sliding grooves. Two sidewalls of each first sliding groove and two sidewalls of each second sliding groove resist movement of the corresponding movable grasper.

Variable spacing device

An automatic turnover device for use in manufacturing includes a support frame, a motor, a pulley, a holding assembly, and a belt. The motor is secured to the support frame. The motor has an output shaft. The pulley is mounted on the output shaft of the motor. The holding assembly is pivotally connected to the support frame. The holding assembly is configured to hold an object. The belt has one end attached to the pulley and another end attached to the holding assembly. The motor is operated to rotate the output shaft in a first direction to tighten the belt and then to rotate in reverse to release the belt, such that a center of gravity of the holding assembly is moved. The holding assembly pivots relative to the support frame from a first horizontal position to a second horizontal position due to its own weight.

Automatic turnover device using gravity

A transport chute includes an upper slide defining an opening, a lower slide coupled to the upper slide, a pivoting plate pivotably coupled to the upper slide, and a resilient member coupled between the pivoting plate and the lower slide. The pivoting plate is configured to open and close the opening. The resilient member is configured to drive the pivoting plate to close the opening after the opening is opened. A workpiece is transported from the upper slide to the lower slide through the opening.

A positional stop device includes a base body, a lever, a driving element, and a retaining member. The lever is rotatablely arranged on the base body, a first end of the lever couples to the driving element, and a second end of the lever couples to the retaining member. The driving element is partially exposed out of the base body. The retaining member is moveablely received in the base body. When the slider of a pneumatic rodless cylinder slides along a first direction, the driving element is driven by the slider to move along a second direction and be fully received in the base body. The lever is driven by the driving element to rotate around the base body. The retaining member is driven by the lever to move along a third direction and to be partially exposed out of the base body to stops the slider from sliding.

Positional stop device

A cylinder includes a curved cylinder body, a first support member, and a piston assembly. The curved cylinder body defines a gas chamber passing through opposite ends. The first support member includes a support housing slidably mounted on the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder body and a first permanent magnet securely mounted in the support housing. The piston assembly received in the gas chamber includes a first piston member and a second piston member rotatably coupled to the first piston member. The first and second piston members respectively have a second permanent magnet which is arranged to be attracted to the first permanent magnet. When the piston assembly moves along the curved cylinder body from the first end to the second end in the gas chamber, the first support member moves with the piston assembly on the outer circumferential surface of the curved cylinder body.

Cylinder

A multi-layered connector is disclosed. The multi-layered connector includes a first sub-connector and a second sub-connector. The first sub-connector includes a first elongated body. The second sub-connector includes a second elongated body, and two side arms elongated upwardly from opposite ends of the second elongated body. The side arms define slide grooves faced to each other for receiving the first sub-connector. The multi-layered connector further includes glue points that connect the first elongated body and the second elongated body. The multi-layered connector avoids solder bridges and solder cracks.
