The present disclosure provides a handheld lighting device with adjustable lighting direction. The handheld lighting device has a housing assembly having a handle and a bracket with a steering groove, a lamp head assembly supported by the housing assembly and including a lamp head main shell and a rotating leg extending from the main shell toward the housing assembly, the rotating leg being received in the steering groove such that the lamp head assembly is deflected relative to the housing. The handheld lighting device is in a first lighting state when the direction of lighting of the lens of the lamp head assembly is in the same direction as the lengthwise of the handle. The handheld lighting device is in a second lighting state when the direction of lighting of the lens of said lamp head assembly deviates from the lengthwise direction of the handle.

Embodiments of this application relate to a method for controlling transmission, a network device, and a terminal. The method includes: determining, by a first radio access network device according to a service transmission condition of a terminal in a first single-mode wireless communications system, that a multimode wireless communications system comprises at least two wireless communications systems transmits a service for the terminal; and sending, by the first radio access network device, first control information to the terminal, where the first control information includes link information of the at least two wireless communications systems, so that the terminal switches a service, which is transmitted in the first single-mode wireless communications system, to the multimode wireless communications system according to the link information of the at least two wireless communications systems. In this way, resource utilization of a wireless communications network is improved.

A display device includes a display screen and a frame disposed around the display device, an infrared receiver and a light guide member, wherein the light guide member has a securing surface through which the light guide member is secured to the frame, the light guide member further including a receiving end and a light exiting surface, the receiving end formed at a display side of the display device, a width of the receiving end in a direction perpendicular to the frame to which the light guide member is secured is narrower than a width of the light exiting surface in the direction. Only a narrower portion of the light guide member can be seen when a human being looks at the display device, thus improving display effect of the narrow frame of the display device.
