A multifunctional rotating control device (RCD) is provided. The multifunctional RCD includes an RCD assembly and a flow detection module. Further, the RCD assembly includes a body and a rotating sealing assembly. A bore through hole and a bypass outlet are formed in the body, and the rotating sealing assembly is provided in the bore through hole. Additionally, the bypass outlet is connected to a straight-through cut-off valve, and the flow detection module includes a flowmeter, a first flow cut-off valve, and a second flow cut-off valve. Further, the flowmeter extends upward in a direction of the bore through hole, and the first flow cut-off valve and the second flow cut-off valve are respectively provided at two ends of the flowmeter, and communicate with the flowmeter. Additionally, an inlet of the flowmeter is a flow detection input outlet, and the flow detection input outlet communicates with the straight-through cut-off valve.

Multifunctional rotating control device

A multifunctional rotating control device (RCD) includes an RCD assembly, a multi-way cross, and choke control modules. The RCD assembly includes a body and a rotating sealing assembly, where a bore through hole, two side outlets, and a straight-through outlet are formed in the body. The rotating sealing assembly is provided in the bore through hole, a straight-through cut-off valve is provided at the straight-through outlet, and there are two choke control modules. The two choke control modules are respectively connected to the two side outlets and the multi-way cross, and a side choke extends upward in a direction of the bore through hole. The two choke control modules are integrated onto the RCD assembly, and extend upward in the direction of the bore through hole.

An auxiliary system for intelligent well control includes augmented reality (AR) glasses, a server, and a first sensor group. The first sensor group is configured to collect real-time data of a wellbore and the surface and transmit the real-time data to the server. The server is configured to analyze a target pressure value of a choke valve of the surface according to the real-time data, obtain an actual pressure value of the choke valve of the surface from the real-time data, and transmit the actual pressure value and the target pressure value to the AR glasses. The AR glasses are configured to dynamically display the actual pressure value and the target pressure value in real time. Through the first sensor group and the server, the actual pressure value and the target pressure value can be accurately received by an operator in real time.

Auxiliary system and method for intelligent well control

An ultra-high expansion downhole packer includes an anchor, a primary expansion cone, and a central tube. The anchor is provided with a first tapered through-hole having a large end sleeved at a small end of the primary expansion cone. The anchor is radially expandable to anchor with an inner wall of a wellbore. The primary expansion cone is provided with a second tapered through-hole, and the second tapered through-hole has a large end sleeved at a small end of the central tube. The primary expansion cone is a radially expandable structure, and the primary expansion cone supports the anchor after an expansion. The primary expansion cone is provided between the anchor and the central tube. The primary expansion cone is first driven into the anchor to make the anchor radially expand, and then the central tube is driven into the primary expansion cone to make the anchor radially expand again.

Ultra-high expansion downhole packer

A dissolvable frac plug adapter includes an adapter body and a temperature acquisition and recording apparatus, where the temperature acquisition and recording apparatus is fixed in the adapter body. The adapter body is configured to connect a setting tool and a dissolvable frac plug. The temperature acquisition and recording apparatus is configured to acquire and record an ambient temperature at which the adapter body is located. A method for measuring a dynamic downhole temperature using the dissolvable frac plug adapter and a method for fabricating a dissolvable frac plug using the dissolvable frac plug adapter are provided to measure the dynamic downhole ambient temperature during pumping of the dissolvable frac plug, which features convenient operation and low cost, provides a basis for material selection and design of an ideal dissolvable frac plug for a region, and facilitates fabrication of the ideal dissolvable frac plug for the region.

A wet connector for a downhole tool string includes an insulating material body, a conductive core and an insulating piston. The insulating material body is provided with a first chamber, and the first chamber is filled with insulating oil. A conductive core chamber of the conductive core is communicated with the first chamber. The insulating piston is hermetically connected to a first opening through a first sealing lip. When a male connector abuts against the insulating piston and moves toward the bottom of the conductive core chamber, the male connector is in contact with and electrically connected to the conductive core chamber and causes oil to flow from the conductive core chamber so that the insulating oil in the first chamber is compressed and a pressure of the insulating oil in the first chamber is enabled to be greater than a pressure of well fluid outside the wet connector.

Wet connector for trident rigless electrical submersible pump (ESP) technology

A spiral deployed isolation tool includes a central pipe having an outer surface in a conical shape and an axial through hole, and an anchoring sealing structure. The anchoring sealing structure is matched and sleeved on the outer surface of the central pipe. The anchoring sealing structure has a first sealing section and an anchoring section. The first sealing section is located at a larger end of the central pipe. The anchoring section includes a plurality of slips, the first sealing section includes a plurality of first spiral sealing rings. The plurality of slipscorrespond to the plurality of first spiral sealing rings one by one to respectively form an integral structure. The plurality of slips are uniformly expanded in a radial direction, thereby achieving uniform circumferential distribution of slips, so that the slips are evenly anchored on an inner wall of the whole wellbore.

The present disclosure relates to an integrated collet and a downhole plugging system, and a plugging method thereof. The integrated collet includes a collet body, wherein the collet body can form a seal with an inner wall of a downhole casing and is anchored to the inner wall of the downhole casing; an internal channel is formed inside the collet body along an axial direction; and an inner wall of the internal channel of the collet body is a conical surface.

Integrated coupling and downhole plugging system and plugging method

A ball seat configured for multistage stimulation in oil and gas wells includes bottom sub, slips, sealing element and mandrel. The mandrel is a cone frustum, and it's exterior is encased by the sealing element and slips. One end of the sealing element is attached to one end of slip, the end of the cone frustum mandrel with the smallest exterior diameter is completely encased by slips. One end of the bottom sub is attached the other end of the slip. The bottom sub includes a threaded shearing connecting structure, which is designed to connect the setting tool adaptor used to deploy the ball seat into the oil or gas well. The sealing element is a two-segment structure, the hardness of the first segment is lower than that of the second segment.
