An ultrasonic sensor device includes a plurality of pixels each including an ultrasonic transducer, and a control circuit configured to control the plurality of pixels. Each of the plurality of pixels is configured to hold a signal received by the ultrasonic transducer therein and send the signal to the control circuit as a response signal. The control circuit is configured to acquire an excitation response signal, which is a response signal sent from a pixel after the ultrasonic transducer therein is excited, acquire a non-excitation response signal, which is a response signal sent from a pixel when the ultrasonic transducer therein is not excited, and correct the excitation response signal based on the non-excitation response signal.

In a process of extension or retraction, the telescopic mechanism is configured to drive the rollable display portion to slide and bend. In the retracted state, the orthogonal projection of the rollable display portion at least partially overlaps with the fixed display portion. In the extended state, the orthogonal projection of the rollable display portion unoverlaps with the fixed display portion.

Rollable display device

A photoelectric sensor and a method for driving the same, and a display apparatus are provided. The photoelectric sensor includes a photosensitive circuit including a photoelectric diode, a reset transistor, a voltage conversion transistor, a read control transistor, and a read transistor that is a p-type transistor. The reset transistor, a first electrode of the photoelectric diode, and a control electrode of the voltage conversion transistor are electrically connected to a first node. The voltage conversion transistor, read control transistor, and a control electrode of read transistor are all electrically connected to a second node. The reset transistor is turned on by its control electrode to reset the first node. The voltage conversion transistor and read control transistor are turned on by their control electrodes, respectively, to control a voltage of the second node. The read transistor outputs a detection signal under control of its control electrode.
