The present disclosure provides a process cartridge. The process cartridge includes a drum unit, including a photosensitive drum; a developing unit, including a developing roller, where the developing unit is capable of moving relative to the drum unit between a first position where the developing roller is in contact with the photosensitive drum and a second position where the developing roller is separated from the photosensitive drum; a first force-receiving part, configured to receive a rotational driving force to be transmitted to the photosensitive drum; a second force-receiving part, configured to receive the rotational driving force to be transmitted to the developing roller; and a driving-side end cover, where the driving-side end cover includes a hole and a notch portion, a portion of the first force-receiving part is exposed through the hole, and a portion of the second force-receiving part is exposed through the notch portion.

Process cartridge

A toner cartridge detachably installed in an electronic imaging device is provided. The electronic imaging device includes a developer replenishing device that includes a developer receiving component and the developer receiving component includes a movable connection component and a receiving port. The toner cartridge includes a cartridge body used for storing developer and a toner discharge structure connected to a toner discharge end of the cartridge body for discharging the developer from the toner cartridge. The toner discharge structure includes a fixed toner discharge plate, a guide component and a toner outlet. The guide component has a first end component and a second end component. The toner discharge structure further includes a holding component. When the toner cartridge is installed in the electronic imaging device, the connection component moves from the guide component to the holding component relative to the guide component.

Toner cartridge having alleviated toner scattering

A process cartridge is provided. The process cartridge is detachably mounted in an image formation apparatus configured with a power output unit that is swingable, an outer circumference of the power output unit contains a recessed portion. The process cartridge includes: a power receiving unit, comprising a wheel hub and a power receiving member connected with the wheel hub, the power receiving member being engaged with the power output unit to receive a driving force; where the wheel hub comprises a hollow cylinder portion accommodating the power output unit; where the power receiving member includes a fixing protrusion, the fixing protrusion is engaged with the recessed portion of the power output unit to receive the driving force; where the power receiving unit further comprises a bias part, the bias part applies a bias force to drive the power output unit to move to engage with the fixing protrusion.

Power receiving unit, rotating component, process cartridge, and assembly and disassembly methods thereof

Power receiving unit and process cartridge are provided. The power receiving unit of a process cartridge is detachably mounted in an image formation apparatus configured with a power output unit that is swingable. An outer circumference of the power output unit contains a recessed portion, and the power receiving unit is engaged with the power output unit to receive a driving force. The power receiving unit includes a protrusion. The protrusion is disposed inside the power receiving unit. The protrusion is engaged with the recessed portion of the power output unit to receive the driving force. When the power receiving unit moves along an axial direction thereof and is in a contact engagement with the power output unit, the protrusion abuts against a front end of the power output unit to cause the power output unit to be tilted and swung.

Power receiving unit and process cartridge

Power receiving unit, rotating component, process cartridge, and assembly and disassembly methods thereof are provided. The process cartridge is detachably mounted in an image formation apparatus configured with a swingable power output unit, an outer circumference of the power output unit contains a recessed portion, and the power receiving unit is engaged with the power output unit to receive a driving force. The power receiving unit comprises a wheel hub, a power receiving part, and a bias part. The wheel hub is disposed on an end of a rotating component in the process cartridge. The power receiving part includes a fixing protrusion and a notch that are oppositely disposed, the fixing protrusion is inserted into the recessed portion, and the notch provides a swinging space for the power output unit. The bias part provides a bias force toward the fixing protrusion for the power output unit.

The present disclosure provides a toner cartridge. The toner cartridge can be removably mounted in an electronic imaging device via a rotatable toner cartridge guide rail configured in the electronic imaging device. The toner cartridge includes a locating column, disposed and movable at one side of the toner cartridge. The locating column is supported by the toner cartridge guide rail and rotates the toner cartridge guide rail when the locating column is moved by an external force. The toner cartridge also includes an inspection device, having a trigger switch and disposed in the electronic imaging device. When the toner cartridge guide rail is rotated in response to the external force on the locating column, the toner cartridge guide rail touches the trigger switch and turns on the trigger switch.

Toner cartridge

A driving assembly is provided for a processing cartridge capable of being detachably installed in an electronic imaging device. The driving assembly includes a power receiving unit and a power transfer unit. The power receiving unit is configured for receiving a rotational driving force from a driving mechanism of the electronic imaging device; and the power transfer unit is coupled to the power receiving unit for receiving the rotational driving force from the power receiving unit. The power receiving unit remains constantly inclined with respect to a rotation axis of the power transfer unit, and has an initial position and a displaced position; the power receiving unit moves from the initial position to the displaced position when an external force is applied; and the receiving unit returns to the initial position from the displaced position when the external force is withdrawn.
