A dual-purpose sacrificial anti-swelling agent, and a preparation method and application thereof are provided and relate to the technical field of oil reservoir exploitation. The dual-purpose sacrificial anti-swelling agent is quaternized lignin, a phenolic hydroxyl group of quaternized lignin is linked with two quaternary ammonium nitrogen atoms that are located at para positions of the same six-membered ring. Raw materials used in the present disclosure are prepared from papermaking waste liquid and a by-product of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification, which not only reduces the cost, but also transforms waste materials into valuable resources. The present disclosure increases the adsorption capacity of quaternized lignin in the formation by quaternizing lignin, and enables quaternized lignin to acts as both a sacrificial agent and an anti-swelling agent through competitive adsorption, achieving multiple purposes by using one agent.

Aqueous carbon dioxide foam stabilized by organic Janus nanosheets and preparation method and application thereof

The present disclosure provides a method of nano-armored foam reinforced geological storage of carbon dioxide. A pre-COslug, a surfactant foam slug, a nanoparticle-enhanced foaming liquid slug and a post-COslug are injected successively into a geological storage formation, where the post-COslug is injected multiple times in equal portions, and a well soaking is performed after each injection. A nanoparticle-enhanced foaming liquid is made by using nanoparticles of different dimensions or using nanoparticles of multiple dimensions at the same time based on the reservoir characteristics. During the process of well soaking, a supercritical COand the nanoparticle-enhanced foaming liquid in the formation can in situ generate single-dimensional or composite-dimensional nano-armor reinforced COfoam underground, which can plug channeling path and expand the COstorage range, and make respective slugs cooperate with each other, thereby enlarging a geological storage amount of CO.

Environment-friendly reinforced foam for underground hydrogen storage and a preparation method thereof. The reinforced foam includes hydrogen and a liquid phase, where the liquid phase is an aqueous solution of a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer, a pH regulator and a particle cosolvent; and the foam stabilizer is a compounded system composed of 0-dimensional nanomaterial and 1-dimensional nanomaterial at a mass ratio of 2-5:1. In the reinforced foam of the present disclosure, the 0-dimensional and the 1-dimensional nanomaterials are compounded to form a nano-armor layer, which improves the stability of foam and the interfacial viscoelasticity of a liquid film by synergistic reinforcement, and inhibits the viscous fingering, escape and leakage of hydrogen in a reservoir, thereby not only being beneficial to improving the mobility of hydrogen, but also increasing the safety of hydrogen underground storage.

The disclosure discloses a foam fracturing fluid with double interface layers of a phlogisticated air-liquid COfor shale gas development, and a preparation method thereof. The foam fracturing fluid is prepared from a liquid COphase, a gas phase and a nano-enhancer; the liquid COphase is formed by dissolving a mixture of gas-soluble foaming agents in liquid CO; the gas phase is a gas mixture of phlogisticated air and saturated vapor of the liquid CO; the nano-enhancer is an aqueous solution of a mixture of hydrophobic silica nanoparticles, a cosolvent and a water-soluble surfactant. In the fracturing fluid prepared by the present disclosure, the phlogisticated air was encapsulated by the liquid COto form an interface layer, the liquid COwas further encapsulated by the nano-enhancer to form the other interface layer, which enhanced the structural stability of the fracturing fluid while achieving high viscosity and thermal stability.

Foam fracturing fluid with double interface layers of a phlogisticated air-liquid CO2 for shale gas production and preparation method thereof

The disclosure discloses an ultra-dry three-phase flue gas foam for oil-gas fields and preparation method thereof. The ultra-dry three-phase flue gas foam is produced by a gas phase, a liquid phase and a solid phase; the gas phase is a flue gas; the foaming solution is an aqueous solution of a surfactant, a pH adjuster, and an inorganic salt; the solid phase is a composite of fly ash and nano silica; the foam quality is 90%-99%. The solid phase foam stabilizer is a compounded system of fly ash particles and nano silica particles, which is not only low in cost but also can form a stable solid particle adsorption layer on the foam film. Thus the instability of the foam such as film rupture, gas diffusion and bubble aggregation can be greatly reduced, and the stability of the foam can be effectively improved.

The reinforced foam system comprises a gas phase and a liquid phase; the gas phase is nitrogen, carbon dioxide or the air; the liquid phase is prepared from, by mass: 0.2-0.8 wt % of a foaming agent, 0.5-2.0 wt % of novel inorganic fine particles and balance of water; the novel inorganic fine particles are fine particulate matter with diameters being smaller than or equal to 2.5 microns captured and screened from the atmosphere.
