Embodiments of the application provide an end cover assembly, a battery cell, a battery and a method and device for manufacturing the battery cell. The end cover assembly includes an end cover, an insulating part, a blocking part and a separating part. The end cover is provided with an injection hole. The insulating part is configured to be arranged on a side of the end cover in the thickness direction and is provided with a through hole. The blocking part is provided with a liquid outlet and is configured to change a flow direction of a fluid medium passing through the injection hole and the through hole, and the fluid medium after changing the flow direction entering inside of the battery cell through the liquid outlet. The separating part is configured to separate a tab from the end cover.

The present application provides an end cover assembly, a secondary battery, a battery module, a device, a liquid-injection method and a device thereof. The end cover assembly for the secondary battery includes: an end cover, provided with a through hole for injecting electrolyte, and including a connecting portion; a sealing assembly, configured to seal the through hole; a locking-fixing member, configured to be movable relative to the connecting portion in a radial direction of the through hole, so as to realize switching between a locked state and an unlocked state of the locking-fixing member and the connecting portion. In the locked state, the locking-fixing member presses against the sealing assembly to restrict the end cover to be separated from the sealing assembly; in the unlocked state, the end cover and the sealing assembly are separable to allow electrolyte to be injected from the through hole.

The disclosure relates to a cap assembly and a secondary battery. The cap assembly comprises: a cap plate having an electrode lead-out hole; an electrode terminal including a terminal plate which is located at a side of the cap plate and covers the electrode lead-out hole, and an outer peripheral surface of the terminal panel protrudes from an inner wall of the electrode lead-out hole; a first fixing member at least partly surrounding the terminal plate to fix the electrode terminal to the first fixing member; and a second fixing member connected with the cap plate and including a main portion, the second fixing member being separated from the electrode terminal by the first fixing member. One of the first fixing member and the main portion is provided with an engaging hole and the other is provided with an inserting portion to be inserted into the engaging hole.
