A radio frequency device includes a feeding structure and a phase shifting structure. The feeding structure includes opposite first and second substrates, and a dielectric layer between the first and second substrates. The first substrate includes a coupling branch and a delay branch, which are respectively connected to two output terminals of a power divider, on an inner side of the first substrate. The second substrate includes a receiving electrode on its inner side, the receiving electrode and the coupling branch form a coupling structure, and their orthographic projections on the first substrate at least partially overlap each other. A length of an orthographic projection of both the coupling branch and the receiving electrode on the first substrate is different from a length of the delay branch. The phase shifting structure includes first and second transmission lines directly and electrically connected to the coupling branch and the delay branch, respectively.

Feeding structure, microwave radio frequency device and antenna

An antenna and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The antenna includes a first substrate, a second substrate opposite to the first substrate, a plurality of radiation units on a side of the first substrate distal to the second substrate, and a waveguide power division structure between the first substrate and the second substrate. The waveguide power division structure has a waveguide cavity, includes an input opening and a plurality of output openings, and divides a signal input through the input opening into a plurality of sub-signals. The plurality of sub-signals are output from the plurality of output openings, respectively, and each of the plurality of output openings outputs one of the plurality of sub-signals to at least one of the plurality of radiation units.

Antenna and manufacturing method thereof

There is provided a phase shifter including a first substrate, a second substrate and a dielectric layer between the first substrate and the second substrate, the first substrate includes a first base and a first electrode layer on a side, of the first base, the second substrate includes a second base, a second electrode layer and a reference voltage leading-in end on a side of the second base, the reference voltage leading-in end is coupled to the second electrode layer, one of the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer includes a body structure and branch structures; an orthographic projection of an end of each branch structure away from the body structure on the first base is overlapped with an orthographic projection of the second electrode layer or the first electrode layer on the first base. Phase shifter usable with an antenna including first and second substrates having electrode layers formed thereon, where the electrode layers include body and branch structures

A feeding structure is provided. The feeding structure includes a feeding unit, which includes: a reference electrode, first and second substrates opposite to each other, and a dielectric layer between the first and second substrates. The first substrate includes a first base plate and a first electrode thereon. The first electrode includes a first main body and a plurality of first branches connected to the first main body and spaced apart from each other. The second substrate includes a second base plate and a second electrode thereon. The second electrode includes a second main body and a plurality of second branches, which are connected to the second main body, spaced apart from each other, and in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of first branches. Orthographic projections of each second branch and a corresponding first branch on the first base plate partially overlap each other.

The present disclosure provides a phase shifter and an antenna. The phase shifter includes a first substrate and a second substrate opposite to each other; a signal transmission structure between the first substrate and the second substrate, wherein the signal transmission structure is configured to transmit a microwave signal; a phase shifting structure between the first substrate and the second substrate, wherein the phase shifting structure is configured to adjust a phase of the microwave signal; wherein the signal transmission structure includes a connection structure on the signal transmission structure; the signal transmission structure is connected to the phase shifting structure through the connection structure; the phase shifter further includes: an isolation structure between the first substrate and the second substrate; wherein the isolation structure is on the connection structure and separates a dielectric layer of the signal transmission structure from a dielectric layer in the phase shifting structure.

Phase shifter and antenna

A feeding structure is provided, which includes first and second substrates opposite to each other, a reference electrode, and a dielectric layer between the first and second substrates. The first substrate includes a coupling branch and a delay branch, which are respectively connected to two output terminals of a power divider and form a current loop with the reference electrode, on a side of a first base plate proximal to the dielectric layer. The second substrate includes a receiving electrode on a side of a second base plate proximal to the dielectric layer, the receiving electrode and the coupling branch form a coupling structure, and their orthographic projections on the first base plate at least partially overlap each other. A length of an orthographic projection of both the coupling branch and the receiving electrode on the first base plate is different from a length of the delay branch.

A liquid crystal phase shifter and an antenna are provided. The liquid crystal phase shifter includes first and second substrates opposite to each other, and a liquid crystal layer therebetween. The first substrate includes a first base plate and a first electrode thereon. The first electrode includes a main body structure on a side of the first base plate distal to the liquid crystal layer and at least one branch structure on a side of the first base plate proximal to the liquid crystal layer. The at least one branch structure is connected to the main body structure, and is spaced apart from each other in a lengthwise direction of the main body structure. The second substrate includes a second base plate and a second electrode thereon, and orthographic projections of the second electrode and the branch structure on the first base plate at least partially overlaps each other.

Liquid crystal phase shifter and antenna

A liquid crystal phase shifter and an antenna are provided. The liquid crystal phase shifter includes: first and second substrates opposite to each other, a liquid crystal layer, a first electrode, and a second electrode that are between the first and second substrates, a first shielding electrode on a side of the first substrate distal to the liquid crystal layer, and a second shielding electrode on a side of the second substrate distal to the liquid crystal layer. The first and second electrodes generate an electric field when being provided with different voltages, respectively, to change a dielectric constant of the liquid crystal layer so as to adjust a phase shifting degree of a microwave signal. The first and second shielding electrodes shield radiation generated by the first and second electrodes when the different voltages are applied to the first and second electrodes, respectively.

A balun assembly is provided. The balun assembly includes a first substrate having first and second surfaces opposite to each other, a first transmission electrode on the first surface of the first substrate, a ground electrode having an opening therein and on a side of the first substrate distal to the first transmission electrode, a first dielectric layer on a side of the ground electrode distal to the first substrate, and second and third transmission electrodes both on a side of the first dielectric layer distal to the ground electrode, the second and third transmission electrodes being spaced apart from each other. Orthographic projections of the first, second and third transmission electrodes on the first substrate intersect with an orthographic projection of the opening on the first substrate at first, second and third intersection points, respectively, and the first intersection point is between the second and third intersection points.

Balun assembly, microwave radio frequency device and antenna

A feeding structure is provided that includes a reference electrode, first and second substrates opposite to each other, and a dielectric layer between the first and second substrates. The first substrate includes a first base plate and an input electrode on a side of the first base plate proximal to the dielectric layer. The second substrate includes a second base plate and a receiving electrode on a side of the second base plate proximal to the dielectric layer, and orthographic projections of the receiving electrode and the input electrode on the first base plate at least partially overlaps each other to form a coupling structure. An output terminal of the input electrode or the receiving electrode is connected to a phase shifting structure to differ a phase of a microwave signal transmitted via the first substrate from a phase of a microwave signal transmitted via the second substrate.

The present disclosure provides an antenna, an antenna device, a fabricating method of the antenna, and a fabricating method of the antenna device, and relates to the field of antenna technology. The antenna includes a first substrate; a base material layer on the first substrate and having a plurality of antenna cavities arranged in an array therein; and a conductive layer on an inner side of each of the plurality of antenna cavities, each of the plurality of antenna cavities and the conductive layer on the inner side thereof forming an antenna unit, wherein each of the plurality of antenna cavities includes a first opening, and an aperture of the first opening at a position of the antenna cavity close to the first substrate is smaller than an aperture of the first opening at a position of the antenna cavity away from the first substrate.

There is provided a substrate integrated waveguide filter having a central region and a peripheral region surrounding the central region, and including: a first substrate; a second substrate opposite to the first substrate; a plurality of conductive support pillars between the first substrate and the second substrate, within the peripheral region, and surrounding the central region, wherein a distance between at least one pair of adjacent two of the plurality of conductive support pillars is less than a wavelength of an electromagnetic wave to be transmitted by the substrate integrated waveguide filter; and a dielectric layer between the first substrate and the second substrate, wherein a permittivity of the dielectric layer is configured to be changed as a strength of an electric field formed between the first substrate and the second substrate is changed to adjust a frequency of the substrate integrated waveguide filter.
