An optical module includes a shell, a circuit board, a display light and a light guide pipe. The circuit board is disposed in the shell. The display light is disposed on the circuit board, and is configured to emit light of different colors. The light guide pipe is disposed between the shell and the circuit board. An input end of the light guide pipe is arranged to correspond to the display light, an output end of the light guide pipe is configured to transmit light emitted by the display light to an outside of the optical module. The shell includes a groove. The output end of the light guide pipe is fixed in the groove, so that the shell is fixed with the light guide pipe.

A processing device for film cooling holes on blade of aviation engine includes a working box. A workpiece clamping mechanism is arranged in the working box for holding the workpiece. A cover body having an internal space communicated with an internal space of the working box is connected to an upper part of the working box. A laser processing mechanism is connected to a top end of the cover body and can produce laser rays to carry out laser processing on the workpiece. The cover body is connected to a liquid supply mechanism and an acid gas filtration mechanism. The liquid supply mechanism can spray an acidic solution to the workpiece in the working box, and the working box can collect the acidic solution. The acid gas filtration mechanism can filter acid steam produced during processing. A working method of the processing device is also provided.

An optical module includes a shell, a circuit board, a light source and a silicon optical chip. The light source is configured to emit light. The silicon optical chip includes a modulator, and the modulator is configured to receive the light emitted by the light source and modulate the light into an optical signal. The circuit board includes a first sampling circuit, a second sampling circuit and a processing circuit. The first sampling circuit is configured to generate a first sampling signal. The second sampling circuit is configured to generate a second sampling signal. The processing circuit is configured to receive the first sampling signal and the second sampling signal, and send a driving signal to the modulator according to a difference between an amplitude of the first sampling signal and an amplitude of the second sampling signal, so as to control an electric heating of the modulator.

The present disclosure provides an optical module comprising: a photoelectric conversion unit, a first demodulation circuit, and a second demodulation circuit; the first demodulation circuit and the second demodulation circuit are respectively connected to the photoelectric conversion unit; the photoelectric conversion unit is configured to convert the received optical signal into an electrical signal; the first demodulation circuit is configured to demodulate an electrical signal converted by the photoelectric conversion unit and generate a high-frequency electrical signal; the second demodulation circuit is configured to demodulate an electrical signal converted by the photoelectric conversion unit and generate a low-frequency electrical signal.

The electrical interface has a first pin to be connected with a drive end of the optical assembly and a second pin to be connected with a data transmission pin of the memory unit. In this way, main control chip is allowed to read the operation parameter of the optical assembly through the first pin and configure the drive circuit accordingly, while the drive circuit is allowed to drive the optical assembly through the second pin.

An optical module according to embodiments of the disclosure includes: a laser device including an emission region, and a modulation region to which light emitted by the emission region is transmitted; a bias circuit connected with the emission region, configured to drive the emission region to emit light at stable optical power; a modulation circuit connected with the modulation region, configured to drive the modulation region, so that the modulation region varies the optical power of the light emitted from the emission region; and a semiconductor optical amplifier configured to receive the light from the modulation region, and to vary the optical power of the light.
