A radio frequency amplification processing circuit includes: a radio frequency power amplifier, a transmitting antenna and a filter element; the radio frequency power amplifier is configured to perform radio frequency amplification on a modulated first wireless communication signal, and transmit, with a first line, the amplified first wireless communication signal to the transmitting antenna for transmission, or perform radio frequency amplification on a modulated second wireless communication signal, and transmit, with a second line, the amplified second wireless communication signal to the filter element; and the filter element is configured to filter the amplified second wireless communication signal, and transmit, also with the second line, the filtered second wireless communication signal to the transmitting antenna for transmission.

Radio frequency amplification processing circuit and communication terminal

A control circuit can be applied to a bias circuit including a first transistor and a second transistor with their gates connected. The first and second transistors are configured to amplify an input reference direct current (DC) current of the bias circuit to obtain a bias DC current. The control circuit includes: a detection circuit configured to compare a first DC voltage with a second DC voltage to obtain a comparison result; the first DC voltage being a drain DC voltage of the first transistor; and the second DC voltage being a drain DC voltage of the second transistor; and an adjustment circuit configured to adjust the first DC voltage and the second DC voltage by using the comparison result, such that the drain DC voltage of the first transistor equals the drain DC voltage of the second transistor when the bias circuit is in operation.

Control circuit, bias circuit, and control method

A bias circuit includes a first branch circuit, a second branch circuit, a current amplifier and a switch, wherein the first branch circuit is configured to shunt an inputted first current, and input a first branch current of the first current to a power supply ground; the second branch circuit is configured to shunt the inputted first current, and input a second branch current of the first current to the current amplifier; the current amplifier is configured to receive the second branch current of the first current and amplify the second branch current of the first current to serve as a bias current of a power amplifier connected to the bias circuit for outputting; and the switch is configured to switch different resistance values for a resistor in the first branch circuit and/or switch different resistance values for a resistor in the second branch circuit.

Bias circuit and power amplification circuit

A radio-frequency switch includes: at least two signal transmission modules, each signal transmission module includes a common port, a first series branch module, a second series branch module and a branch port; a parallel branch module; and a ground port. The parallel branch module is disposed between the ground port and a first terminal, and the first terminal is disposed between the first series branch module and the second series branch module. The common port is further connected with common ports of the other signal transmission modules in the radio-frequency switch, and the branch port is further connected with branch ports of the other signal transmission modules in the radio-frequency switch. State switching of the radio-frequency switch is realized by changing states of the first series branch module, the second series branch module and the parallel branch module.

Radio-frequency switch and control method therefor

A signal transceiving control structure includes a power amplifier and N control branches. The N control branches are configured to control transmission of first signals or receiving of second signals of different network standards according to different control instructions. First ends of the N control branches are respectively connected to an output end of the power amplifier, second ends of the N control branches are respectively connected to N external output ends, third ends of the N control branches are respectively connected to N external input/output ends, wherein N is a positive integer greater than 1. The power amplifier is configured to perform power amplification on the first signals.
