A temperature compensation circuit is configured to generate a first electrical signal corresponding to the current ambient temperature, use the first electrical signal to adjust a second electrical signal received by an electrical signal input end, and obtain a third electrical signal; and output the third electrical signal to a power control circuit. The power control circuit is configured to convert the third electrical signal into a fourth electrical signal and output the fourth electrical signal to a power amplifier. The fourth electrical signal is used for controlling the gain of the power amplifier to present a preset change rule following a temperature change. Thus, by adding the described temperature compensation circuit in a power amplification circuit, the stability of the gain and the stability of the output power of a power amplifier are ensured, and the performance of the power amplifier is not affected by a change in temperature.

A dual-band low-noise amplifier circuit includes an amplification sub-circuit and a switch frequency selection circuit; the amplification sub-circuit is used for performing gain amplification on a radio frequency signal to be amplified to obtain an amplified radio frequency signal, and outputting the amplified radio frequency signal; the switch frequency selection circuit is connected to the amplification sub-circuit, and is used for controlling the state of a switch in the switch frequency selection circuit on the basis of a target frequency band corresponding to the radio frequency signal to be amplified, so that the dual-band low-noise amplifier circuit meets optimal performance in the target frequency band. In this way, low-noise amplification of dual-band signals is achieved by means of the reconfigurable structure of the low-noise amplifier circuit, and parameters such as noise figure, gain, and linearity can be kept in optimal states in each frequency band.

A bias circuit of a power amplifier includes a first part circuit, a second part circuit and a power supply, in which the power supply is connected with a power supply end of the first part circuit; two ends of the first part circuit are connected in parallel with two ends of the second part circuit, and after parallel connection one end of a parallel circuit is connected with a gate of the first transistor of the power amplifier in a signal amplification circuit; the first part circuit is configured to provide a first bias voltage, and the second part circuit is configured to provide a second bias voltage; the two bias voltages are superimposed to provide a stable bias voltage; and an impedance of the bias circuit is in a preset range of the impedance.

An overvoltage protection and gain bootstrap circuit of a power amplifier includes a power amplification transistor, and a diode reversely connected with a gate of the power amplification transistor. A negative electrode of the diode is connected with the gate of the power transistor, and a positive electrode of the diode is connected with a constant voltage source, such that a function of overvoltage protection and gain bootstrap of the circuit is realized by controlling a turn-on state of the diode. By adding a diode device to the circuit, gate-drain overvoltage protection for the power amplification transistor can be provided, and the gain of the amplifier can be improved before power compression, thereby improving linearity of the power amplifier. The structure of the circuit can be simple, with reduced occupied area hardware cost.

Overvoltage protection and gain bootstrap circuit of power amplifier

A radio frequency switch circuit includes a negative voltage generating circuit, a notch network, a logic control circuit, and a radio frequency switching circuit. The logic control circuit can be configured to, upon being driven by the negative voltage signal generated by the negative voltage generating circuit, control the operating modes of the radio frequency switching circuit; and the notch network is connected between the negative voltage generating circuit and the logic control circuit. As such, the influence of radio frequency signals generated by the radio frequency switching circuit can be filtered through the notch network, and the interference of radio frequency signals to the negative voltage generating circuit can be reduced, thereby improving the performance of the radio frequency switch circuit, for example in insertion loss, isolation and harmonic suppression.
