Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may operate in a dual-connectivity (DC) configuration, and may measure signals from more than one radio access technology (RAT). The UE may receive a first signal power for a first RAT and a second signal power for a second RAT. The UE may determine a common gain state for the first RAT and the second RAT based on the first signal power and the second signal power. The UE may then apply the common gain state to a first receiver chain within the UE for the first RAT and to a second receiver chain within the UE for the second RAT, where the first receiver chain and the second receiver chain share at least one shared low noise amplifier (LNA).

Common automatic gain control across multiple radio access technologies

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In a wireless communications system, a user equipment (UE) may be scheduled to perform a first measurement or paging activity associated with a target cell operating according to a first target cell configuration that is different from a serving cell operating according to a first serving cell configuration of the UE. In some cases, the UE may determine that the UE has performed a previous measurement or paging activity associated with the target cell while being served by the serving cell, the cells operating according to previous cell configurations. The UE may compare at least one of the first and previous target cell configurations or the first and previous serving cell configurations, and may perform the first measurement or paging activity using a script, where the script is either reused or rebuilt based on comparing the cell configurations.

Disclosed is an atomic force microscopy system includes a laser source configured to generate an optical probe beam containing light of different spectral light components at different optical wavelengths, a dispersive optical device positioned to receive the optical probe beam and configured to disperse the optical probe beam into different dispersed light beams that are at different optical wavelengths and are spatially separated from one another, a cantilever array including a plurality of cantilevers structured to detect a sample and configured to deflect the different dispersed light beams by moving in position based on an interaction with the sample to produce multiple deflected output beams at different output optical wavelengths from the cantilevers, and a plurality of photodetectors to receive the multiple deflected output beams of different wavelengths from the cantilevers, respectively.

Array atomic force microscopy for enabling simultaneous multi-point and multi-modal nanoscale analyses and stimulations

A spectrometry system may include an etalon array having a first etalon and a second etalon. The first etalon may be configured to process light to at least generate a first transmission pattern. The first transmission pattern may have at least a first transmission peak corresponding to a first wavelength in an original spectrum of the light. The second etalon may be configured to process the light to at least generate a second transmission pattern. The second transmission pattern may have at least a second transmission peak corresponding to a second wavelength in the original spectrum of the light. The first etalon may have a different thickness than the second etalon in order for the first transmission pattern to have at least one transmission peak that is at a different wavelength than the second transmission pattern. The first transmission pattern and the second transmission pattern may enable a reconstruction the original spectrum of the light.

Filter array reconstructive spectrometry

An apparatus for compressive sensing may include a filter array, a detector, and a reconstruction engine. The filter array may be configured to generate a first illumination pattern in response to a first wavelength of light and a second illumination pattern in response to a second wavelength of light. The first illumination pattern and the second illumination pattern may be projected onto an object. The detector may be configured to determine a first intensity of a first light emitted by the object in response to the first illumination pattern and a second intensity of a second light emitted by the object in response to the second illumination pattern. The reconstruction engine may be configured to generate an image of the object based at least on the first intensity, the first illumination pattern, the second intensity, and the second illumination pattern.
