A light-emitting device includes: a plurality of first electrodes respectively disposed in a first subpixel, a second subpixel, and a third subpixel; a second electrode facing the plurality of first electrodes; a first emission layer disposed in the first subpixel to emit a first-color light; a second emission layer disposed in the second subpixel to emit a second-color light; a first layer disposed between the second electrode and each of the first emission layer and the second emission layer, and integrated with the first subpixel, the second subpixel, and the third subpixel; a hole transport region disposed between the plurality of first electrodes and each of the first layer, the first emission layer, and the second emission layer; a first auxiliary layer disposed between the hole transport region and the first emission layer; and a first intermediate layer disposed between the first auxiliary layer and the first emission layer.

Light-emitting device

A light-emitting device includes: a plurality of first electrodes respectively in a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel, and a third sub-pixel; a second electrode facing the plurality of first electrodes; a first emission layer in the first sub-pixel and configured to emit a first color light; a second emission layer in the second sub-pixel and configured to emit a second color light; a first layer that is integrated with the first sub-pixel, the second sub-pixel, and the third sub-pixel; a first auxiliary layer between the first layer and the first emission layer; and a first intermediate layer between the first auxiliary layer and the first emission layer. The first emission layer includes a first host and a first dopant. The first dopant is configured to emit light having a full width at half maximum (FWHM) of about 35 nm or more.

A light-emitting device is provided. The light-emitting device includes: a plurality of first electrodes positioned on a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel, and a third sub-pixel, respectively; a second electrode facing the plurality of first electrodes; a first emission layer on the first sub-pixel to emit a first color light; a second emission layer on the second sub-pixel to emit a second color light; a first layer integrated with the first sub-pixel, the second sub-pixel, and the third sub-pixel; a first auxiliary layer between the first layer and the first emission layer; and a first interlayer between the first auxiliary layer and the first emission layer. The absolute value of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy level of the first interlayer is greater than that of a LUMO energy level of the first auxiliary layer, and is smaller than the absolute value of the LUMO energy level of the first emission layer.

An organic electroluminescence display device includes a first electrode, a first light emitter on the first electrode, the first light emitter including a first light emitting layer, a first charge generation layer disposed on the first light emitter, a second light emitter on the first charge generation layer, the second light emitter including a second light emitting layer, and a second electrode on the second light emitter. The first light emitter includes a first electron injection enhancing layer on the first light emitting layer. The second light emitter includes an electron injection suppressing layer on the second light emitting layer, the electron injection suppressing layer having electron mobility less than that of the first electron injection enhancing layer.

Organic electroluminescence display device

A bent edge display panel including a flat area in which pixel groups are repeatedly formed in a first direction and in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, each of the pixel groups including a first pixel, a second pixel, and a third pixel, and a bending area extending and being bent from the flat area along the first direction, wherein a pixel group from among the pixel groups and a compensating pixel are in the bending area.

Organic electroluminescence display device having stacked organic light emitting layers and method for manufacturing the same

A method of fabricating an organic light emitting device includes forming a first electrode layer on a substrate, surface-treating the first electrode layer with CFplasma, forming a first common layer containing pentacene on the surface-treated first electrode layer, forming an organic light emitting layer on the first common layer, forming a second common layer on the organic light emitting layer, and forming a second electrode layer on the second common layer. The CFplasma treatment enhances the luminous efficiency of the organic light emitting device.
