A method and apparatus for a mobile communication terminal to recognize a target mobile communication terminal using a location recognition system. The method includes acquiring own location information of the mobile communication terminal; creating identification verification information using the location information, the identification verification information containing an identification formula for identifying the target mobile communication terminal as a target of communication; transmitting the created identification verification information to at least one other mobile communication terminal within a communication coverage area; receiving an identification response packet from the at least one other mobile communication terminal which has received the identification verification information, the identification response packet indicating whether the other mobile communication terminal is a target mobile communication terminal; and determining the target mobile communication terminal based on the received identification response packet.

Apparatus and method for recognizing target mobile communication terminal

A mobile communication system structured in a radio access network having a base station, a control station, and a switch network for matching a mobile station and a core network, the control station comprising a traffic signal process; a control signal processor; a call process load controller; and a call processor, wherein the call process load controller refers to information on call process volume included in a call process volume request message sent from the call processor and the traffic signal processor, selects the corresponding call processor and traffic signal processor according to weight estimated based on software and hardware performance, and sends the call control service request message containing information on the selected traffic signal processor to the selected call processor.

A method for performing a handover includes: (a) a wireless network controller receiving a handover request message from the mobile station; (b) during an acknowledgement of the handover of the mobile station after receiving the handover request message, the wireless network controller generating a TCP proxy and converting a terminal connection TCP to a split connection TCP; (c) the TCP proxy acknowledging the reception of a packet from the server during the handover on behalf of the mobile station; (d) the TCP proxy storing a packet received from the server in a cache; and (e) upon receiving a handover registration message, the wireless network controller transmitting the packet stored in the cache to the mobile station.
