The present application relates to a mounting device configured for mounting a base station antenna on a supporting member, and providing the adjustability of the mechanical tilt angle of the base station antenna. The mounting device includes a first mounting unit, a second mounting unit, and an elastic element. The first mounting unit is configured to provide a pivot point for the base station antenna, the second mounting unit has an adjustable effective connection length for the base station antenna, with the effective connection length related to the mechanical tilt angle of the base station antenna, and the elastic element is configured to resist an increase in the mechanical tilt angle of the base station antenna on at least a part of the adjustable range of the mechanical tilt angle of the base station antenna.

Mounting device and clamping device for base station antenna

The present disclosure relates to a mounting assembly and the method of use thereof. The mounting assembly is configured to mount a plurality of objects on a single pole at a predetermined included angle and includes: a clamping mechanism, which fixes the mounting assembly on the pole by clamping the pole; an angle control mechanism, which has a polygonal configuration and controls the included angle between the plurality of objects through its polygonal configuration; and a mounting mechanism, which respectively mounts the plurality of objects by mounting each object among the plurality of objects in a manner where it corresponds to one edge among the plurality of edges of the angle control mechanism, thereby mounting the plurality of objects on the pole at a predetermined included angle. The mounting assembly according to the present disclosure is capable of mounting a plurality of objects on the pole at an accurate included angle in a controlled manner with the angle control mechanism thereof, and according to the mounting assembly of the present disclosure, make the disassembly and removal of the plurality of objects easy by shifting the operation space for fastening to the space between the plurality of objects.

Mounting assembly and method of use thereof

The present disclosure relates to a transmission mechanism for a base station antenna, and a base station antenna including the transmission mechanism. The transmission mechanism includes a motor and at least one connecting rod, wherein a gear mechanism is provided on a first end of the connecting rod, and the motor drives the connecting rod to rotate via the gear mechanism; and wherein a worm gear unit is provided on a second end of the connecting rod opposite to the first end, and the worm gear unit is configured to drive a movable element of a phase shifter when the connecting rod rotates. The transmission mechanism according to the present disclosure can generate greater driving force through the worm gear unit, and has a shorter axial length and a smaller height, and thus is particularly suitable for a more compact and thinner 5G base station antenna.

Base station antennas are provided herein. A base station antenna includes a plurality of vertical columns of low-band radiating elements configured to transmit RF signals in a first frequency band. The base station antenna also includes a plurality of vertical columns of high-band radiating elements configured to transmit RF signals in a second frequency band that is higher than the first frequency band. The vertical columns of high-band radiating elements extend in parallel with the vertical columns of low-band radiating elements in a vertical direction.

The present disclosure relates to an antenna mounting device and a base station antenna system. The antenna mounting device includes a hinge device and an adjustment arm. The hinge device is configured to be mounted to a pole by a clamp and configured to pivotally connect a base station antenna arrangement. The adjustment arm is configured to be mounted to the pole by a clamp and configured to connect the base station antenna arrangement. The connection of the hinge device with the base station antenna arrangement is located in a middle region of a longitudinal extension of the base station antenna arrangement [having a longitudinal extension] of a maximum of &#x2153; of the longitudinal extension of the base station antenna arrangement. A connection of the adjustment arm with the base station antenna arrangement is located in one of two end regions of the base station antenna arrangement. The adjustment arm has a plurality of connection positions for the corresponding clamp, which are configured to define a plurality of different mechanical tilt angles of the base station antenna arrangement about the hinge device. The antenna mounting device realizes easy adjustment of the mechanical tilt angle and good resistance against external disturbance loads.

Antenna mounting device and base station antenna system

The present disclosure relates to a phase shifter, which includes: a phase shift circuit board with conductive traces printed thereon; and a phase shift circuit board with conductive traces printed thereon; and a slide device with a first tooth section configured to be driven, wherein movement of the first tooth section drives the slide device to slide on the phase shift circuit board. In addition, the present disclosure further relates to a remote electrical tilt system, which includes an actuator, a transmission mechanism, and at least one phase shifter according to the present disclosure, wherein the actuator is configured to drive the transmission mechanism, and the transmission mechanism engages the first tooth section to drive the slide device to slide on the phase shift circuit board. In addition, the present disclosure also relates to a base station antenna which includes the remote electrical tilt system according to the present disclosure. The base station antenna according to the present disclosure may improve the stability of the transmission of the remote electrical tilt system and increase the space utilization of the remote electrical tilt system.

The present disclosure relates to an antenna housing, comprising: a front housing having a front housing edge; and a back housing having a back housing edge, the front housing edge and the back housing edge engaging each other to assemble the front housing and the back housing together to form the antenna housing. The front housing edge and the back housing edge cooperate with each other to form a sealing interface, including: a first sealing member provided with a first sealing portion; and a second sealing member provided with a second sealing portion, the first sealing portion abutting against the second sealing portion when the front housing and the back housing are assembled so that a clearance fit is formed between the front housing edge and the back housing edge, wherein the second sealing member is further provided with a channel positioned inside the second sealing portion and extending parallel to the second sealing portion.

The present invention relates to an antenna mounting device configured to collectively mount a plurality of base station antennas on the same pole. The antenna mounting device comprises: a bracket () defining a central recess () in a mounted state, the central recess being configured such that the central recess () loosely receives the pole (); a fastening device () configured to fasten the bracket () to the pole (); and a plurality of connecting members (), each of the connecting members being configured for connection with at least one of the plurality of base station antennas (), and the connecting members having a predetermined relative position on the bracket. With such an antenna mounting device, the plurality of base station antennas can be mounted on the same pole at precise positions relative to each other.

The present disclosure relates to a mechanical transmission mechanism and a base station antenna. The mechanical transmission mechanism extends between an actuator and a phase shifter of the base station antenna, and comprises: a first rod driven by the actuator; a second rod for moving a movable element of the phase shifter, the second rod having a proximal end and a distal end; and a link for connecting the first rod and the second rod, the link having a proximal end and a distal end and including a first connecting element that movably connects the first rod with the link and a second connecting element that fixedly connects the second rod with the link; wherein position of the distal end of the second rod relative to the proximal end of the link is adjustable, so that a length of the second rod extending from the proximal end of the link is adjustable, thereby eliminating a virtual displacement caused by mechanical tolerances from the actuator, the mechanical transmission mechanism, and the phase shifter during adjustment of the phase shifter.

The present invention relates to a radiator support for a base station antenna. The radiator support includes a first support part and a second support part that are separate from each other. The first support part is configured to be mounted to extend upwardly from a reflector plate, to extend in part of a height of the feeding stalk, and to bear radially the feeding stalk so as to prevent roll-over of the feeding stalk. The second support part is configured to be mounted adjacent a distal end of the feeding stalk facing away from the reflector plate, and to receive a radiating element. The present invention also relates to a radiator having such radiator support, and a base station antenna having such a radiator. The radiator support according to the present invention has a simple structure, occupies a small structural space and has a favorable versatility.

The present disclosure relates to a base station antenna. The base station antenna comprises: a reflector and radome supports mounted on the reflector, wherein the reflector comprises a body portion and a bent portion, the bent portion including at least a first section that is connected to and bent relative to the body portion of the reflector, wherein one or more arrays of radiating elements are mounted on or above the body portion of the reflector, wherein the radome support includes a support portion for supporting the radome and a mating portion for mating with the reflector, wherein a first support limiting portion is provided on the mating portion of the radome support, a first reflector limiting portion mating with the first support limiting portion is provided on the body portion of the reflector, and the first support limiting portion mates with the first reflector limiting portion to limit at least the position of the radome support in a width direction H. This enables the radome supports to be mounted on the reflector at an efficient and reliable manner.

Base station antenna

A multi-antenna mounting device includes: a mounting member to which two or more antennas are fixable; and a tilt angle adjusting mechanism including an upper adjusting component and a lower adjusting component spaced apart along a length direction of the mounting member. The upper adjusting component includes a plurality of tilt angle adjusting holes arranged in a row, one end of the upper adjusting component is connectable to the mounting member, and the other end is connectable to a user's support pole with a fastening element extending through one of the tilt angle adjusting holes. When the fastening element extends through different tilt angle adjusting holes, the multi-antenna assembly has different mechanical tilt angles relative to the support pole. The lower adjusting component includes a first section and a second section. The second section has a predetermined length and the first section is pivotable relative to the second section.

A radiator assembly for a base station antenna has a central axis and two dipoles arranged in a crossed manner, where each of the dipoles includes two dipole arms, and each of the dipole arms have a radiating surface which has an outer contour. The radiator assembly comprises an electrically conductive annular element that mounted above the radiating surfaces. The annular element is configured to be closed circumferentially and has an inner contour which is compliant to an outer contour line of the combination of all four radiating surfaces.

Radiator assembly for base station antenna

The present disclosure has disclosed a base station antenna comprising an antenna core provided with an antenna base at the bottom thereof and provided with an antenna bracket at the top thereof; and a radome sleeved over the antenna core. The radome includes a top wall and a side wall that protrudes downward from the top wall. The antenna core and the radome are connected together by a fixed connection portion located near a bottom end of the radome and a floating connection portion located near a top end of the radome. The floating connection portion fixes a position of the radome on the antenna core in a horizontal direction and allows the radome to float relative to the antenna core in a vertical direction by cooperating the antenna bracket with the top wall of the radome or the side wall at the top of the radome. The base station antenna solves the problem of a tensile force between the antenna core and the radome resulting from the temperature change, thereby improving the performance parameters such as PIM of the base station antenna.
