A diagnostic device for a secondary battery which is an all-solid-state battery containing a solid electrolyte transporting lithium ions, in which the diagnostic device includes: an interruption means configured to interrupt a charging current or a discharging current of the secondary battery connected to a circuit; a measuring means configured to measure over time a variation characteristic of a terminal voltage of the secondary battery after the current is interrupted by the interruption means; and a diagnostic means configured to diagnose the cause of the degradation of the secondary battery by comparing a change rate or a change amount in voltage between a charging characteristic specified from measured values of a terminal voltage of the secondary battery measured by the measuring means, a charging/discharging characteristic specified from the measured values of the terminal voltage measured by the measuring means, and a reference characteristic of the secondary battery.

Secondary battery diagnostic device

Provided is a method for determining a micro short circuit of a lithium ion secondary battery which is capable of determining the presence or absence of a micro short circuit of the lithium ion secondary battery in a short time. A relaxation process after the interruption of a discharging current or a charging current is analyzed and a voltage fluctuation component due to micro short circuit is separated and used in the determination. Specifically, a method for determining a micro short circuit that determines presence or absence of the micro short circuit in a lithium ion secondary battery is provided which includes: a relaxation decomposition step of decomposing a change of a cell voltage in a relaxation process after interrupting charging current during charging or discharging current during discharging into a plurality of decomposition relaxation components; and a micro short circuit determination step of determining presence or absence of micro short circuit by determining presence or absence of a component in which a voltage drop has occurred due to the micro short circuit, among the plurality of decomposition relaxation components.

Provided is a method for determining a battery state of a lithium ion secondary battery that allows for understand a deterioration state of the battery without performing full charging of the battery. To estimate an entire image of a charge-discharge curve on the basis of a fragmentary charge-discharge curve by analyzing a relaxation process after the electric current interruption to grasp the resistance of a battery and taking into consideration a resulting resistance value. Specifically, a method for determining a battery state of a lithium ion secondary battery includes: a partial charge-discharge curve calculating step of acquiring, by partial charge or partial discharge, a partial charge-discharge curve which is a part of a charge-discharge curve, and calculating a positive electrode partial charge-discharge curve and a negative electrode partial charge-discharge curve; a resistance grasping step of grasping a resistance value of the lithium ion secondary battery on a basis of a relaxation process of a terminal voltage after interrupting a charging current during charging or a discharge current during discharging; and a charge-discharge curve calculating step of taking into consideration the resistance value thus acquired, and acquiring a calculation charge-discharge curve prepared by calculating an entire image on a basis of the partial charge-discharge curve.

The filamentary positive electrode for solid battery and a filamentary negative electrode for solid battery, which has a filamentous structure, are laminated to form a solid battery.

The method comprises determining an absorption spectrum from light reflected by the conductive polymer film, storing the relation between the absorbance of the conductive polymer film obtained from the absorption spectrum and a parameter of the conductive polymer film in the controller, and controlling current supply to the electrodes based on the relation of the absorbance and the parameter to obtain a desired parameter.

Method and apparatus for producing conductive polymer film

A conductive polymer doped with a dopant can be expanded and contracted when electrically oxidized and reduced in a driving electrolytic solution containing an anion, and thereby can act as an actuator element in an actuator. The anion is a fluorine-containing ion derived from a strong acid, and the dopant is an aromatic sulfonate ion free of fluorine. The conductive polymer is a polymer containing a 5-membered heterocyclic moiety as a repeating unit, such as a polypyrrole or a polythiophene. When the conductive polymer is in an oxidized state, at least part of the 5-membered heterocyclic moieties has a carbonyl group.
