A method and system for managing and providing access to a temporary debit card is disclosed. The embodiments provide a system that authenticates remote users of an ATM kiosk who request a temporary debit card. The authentication occurs by capture of biometric data or a specially generated signal from their mobile device transmitted to the kiosk. In one example, the biometric data is compared to a reference biometric pattern. Where the system determines the biometric patterns match, or if the mobile device-generated signal is verified, a signal approving the request is transmitted from the system to the kiosk, causing the kiosk to fabricate a temporary debit card.

Temporary debit card system and method

A system may employ one or more satellite sensors to monitor an area; detect a body or thing that should not be present in an area; formulate a response, such as documentation, notifying authorities, or deploying unmanned aerial vehicles; and execute the response. Monitoring an area can be based on a request for surveillance at the area.

The present embodiments relate to automatic claim value generation. Particularly, the present embodiments include retrieving information from various sources and processing the data to derive an overview of damage to vehicles incurred during a vehicle accident, deriving an estimated value (or 'cost') to rectify the damage, and a client-specific claim value to be presented to the client representing a value to rectify the damage based on a policy corresponding to the client. The present embodiments provide an automated (or “touchless”) claim value payout system to provide a claim value specific to the client and the accident incurred by the client that is performed by a computing device without intervention by an operator.

Automatic generation of claim values in vehicle-related incidents using data from various sources

A customer management system can be designed to provide an integrated smart graphical user interface. For example, a computing device can receive information that includes a topic of conversation for a chat-based communication; initiate, via a first graphical user interface (GUI), the chat-based communication with another computing device after the information is received, display, via a second GUI, the user profile associated with the person, wherein the second GUI is displayed adjacent to and integrated with the first GUI; determine a relationship between one or more words or phrases received via the first GUI from the first computing device and the additional information in the user profile, where the relationship is determined in real-time or near real-time as the one or more words or phrases are received; and display a visual indicator in the second GUI that shows content in the second GUI that is relevant to the determined relationship.

A system to identify and update expired payment cards may include servers that can perform operations including determining that a transaction performed with first payment card is denied due to expiration of the first payment card, determining that the expired first payment card is replaced with a second payment card, and sending information associated with the second payment card to a merchant payment server for performing the transaction.
