A method for facilitating transactions between tenants in in a multi-tenant architecture system is discussed. The method includes receiving a request, at a multi-tenant platform, from a first service of a first tenant of the multi-tenant platform to access a second service of a second tenant of the multi-tenant platform to perform a transaction, in which the request includes a first access token usable to authenticate the transaction with the first tenant. The method includes generating, by the multi-tenant platform using the first access token, a universal access token. The method includes generating, by the multi-tenant platform using the universal access token, a second access token useable to authenticate the transaction with the second tenant. The method includes using, by the multi-tenant platform, the second access token to communicate with the second service to perform the transaction.

Transactions between services in a multi-tenant architecture

A method for using unified transaction services in a multi-tenant architecture system is discussed. The method includes receiving a request, at a first service provider, to provide a first transaction service for a user. The method includes accessing a first representation of the first service provider in a first hierarchical data structure, the first hierarchical data structure being managed by a second service provider, the second service provider managing user identity of the user. The method includes determining, based on the first representation, that transaction resources required for completion of the first transaction service are provided at the second service provider using a resource representation. The method also includes, responsive to determining that the transaction resources are accessible at the first service provider, accessing, at the first service provider, the transaction resources via the resource representation.

Unified transaction services for multi-tenant architectures

According to an aspect of an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method may include receiving a quick response (QR) code from a computing device, the QR code including a first entity identifier, and analyzing the QR code to determine a request to initiate a data transfer between a first entity associated with the first entity identifier and a second entity, and to determine one or more characteristics associated with the data transfer. The method may also include, based on the one or more characteristics, identifying a first QR code processing flow from multiple QR code processing flows to follow to process the data transfer, and verifying the first entity in the transaction based on the first entity identifier of the QR code and based on the first QR code processing flow. The method may also include processing the data transfer between the second entity and the first entity based on the first QR code processing flow.

There are provided systems and methods for software development kits for point-of-sale device and mobile device interactive frameworks. A service provider, such as a payment provider, that offers online and cloud based digital wallet services may configure flexible software frameworks for a merchant's point-of-sale device and a user's mobile device. A framework for a merchant's device may allow for user check-in with the merchant, and may utilize multiple different communication protocols to receive tenders and non-tenders from the user's mobile device. Thus, the user's mobile device may communicate with the merchant device to provide tokens that may be resolved by the merchant using the payment provider and/or a payment host to receive payment processing confirmation. Moreover, the frameworks may allow for a transaction to be synchronized to the user's mobile device so that the user may receive updates after processing of the tokens.

Data is ingested from the different data sources, and then transformed and stored in a corresponding enterprise data model instance based on a mapping between a corresponding data model schema and the enterprise data model schema. The method includes accessing location data for the user device based on the store reference and a user account associated with the user, the location data indicating a service accessible via the UI and associated with a certain tenant. A method for processing disputes in a multi-tenant architecture system includes receiving, at a first service provider, a dispute request from a second service provider that manages entity identities of a plurality of customers. The method includes accessing an identity manager to determine a customer representation, the identity manager previously onboarded the plurality of customers as a plurality of customer representations. The identity manager is hosted by the first service provider that manages customer representations corresponding to entity identities of the customers. The dispute request is propagated with the customer representation to a dispute management engine that determines an outcome for the dispute, the determination based on characteristics of the disputed transaction and on characteristics of the customer. Embodiments differ from the usual way of re-directing a user from a third-party application and authenticating the user by providing secure in-line payments from a rich Internet application running on an RIA runtime. A system includes: a mobile device executing a rich Internet application running on an RIA runtime; a payment library communicating with the RIA runtime and a service provider, for which the payment library communicates with the service provider to authenticate the rich Internet application; and in response to authentication by the service provider, facilitates secure financial transactions via the rich Internet application.
