A system and method for managing user access to a device includes detecting a first language and a second language a user uses on the device; prompting the user to setup multiple security questions using multiple languages; receiving a first question in a third language from the user, wherein the user decides the first question and the third language; receiving a first answer to the first question from the user, wherein the answer is provided in a fourth language chosen by the user and different from the third language; receiving a second question in a fifth language from the user wherein the user decides the second question and the fifth language; receiving a second answer to the second question from the user, wherein the second answer is provided in a sixth language chosen by the user and different from the fifth language.

Method of enhanced account authentication management integrated with real time script shifting

A system and method for managing a user access to a device can include detecting a first language and a second language the user uses on the device, based on information from other applications running on the device or a user profile on the device; prompting the user to setup multiple security questions using multiple languages; receiving a first question in a third language from the user, wherein the user decides the first question and the third language; receiving, a first answer to the first question from the user, wherein the first answer is provided in a fourth language chosen by the user and different from the third language; receiving a second question in a fifth language from the user, wherein the user decides the second question and the fifth language; receiving a second answer to the second question from the user, wherein the second answer is provided in a sixth language chosen by the user and different from the fifth language; and storing the first question, the second question, the first answer, and the second answer.

A method, system, and computer program product are provided for managing email disk usage based on user specified conditions. An incoming email for a user is scanned for email expressions. A determination is made as to whether one of the email expressions matches one of a number of listed expressions forming a matched expression. Responsive to a presence of a matched expression, a determination is made as to whether a first threshold associated with the matched expression is met or exceeded. Responsive to the first threshold being met or exceeded, a notification is sent to the user of the first threshold being met.

Mechanisms are provided for managing email disk usage based on user specified conditions. An incoming email for a user is scanned for email expressions. A login shell and file/directory access checking supporting multiple user credentials are provided. The login shell receives user input from a particular user including login information for a plurality of user accounts for that particular user. The login shell authenticates the plurality of user accounts using the login information and retrieves a plurality of user credentials corresponding to the plurality of user accounts. This plurality of user credentials forms a multi-user credential. In response to a request for access to a file, the access rights to the file for the user are verified by verifying the access rights of the multi-user credential.

Multiple user credentials

A mechanism for enabling efficient encryption and integrity validation of network files. When a request to read a file stored in a local network file system is received, the local network file system examines cryptographic attributes associated with the file to determine if the file is encrypted or integrity-verified. If the cryptographic attributes indicate the file is encrypted, the local network file system omits the encryption of the file by the local network file system prior to passing the file to the remote network file system. If the cryptographic attributes indicate the file is integrity-verified, the local network file system omits the integrity-verification of the file by the local network file system prior to passing the file to the remote network file system. The local network file system then transmits the file to the remote network file system.
