A network services bridge system including a direct service access ('DSA') platform is provided. The DSA platform includes a processor configured to receive a request data signal including one or more identifiers, and query a registered services database using the one or more identifiers, where the query returns an identification of a plurality of services for which the one or more identifiers is registered. The processor is also configured to receive, from a first services platform, a first services result signal indicating a result of an application of a first service to the request data signal, receive, from a second services platform, a second services result signal indicating a result of an application of a second service to the request data signal, and transmit a response data signal that includes a consolidated response code indicating whether the authorization process should be completed based on the first and second result signals.

Systems and methods for implementing off-network services

A method includes receiving a request to verify a dynamic security code included in a transaction authorization request message. The transaction authorization request message was generated in connection with a payment account transaction. The method further includes performing a verification process with respect to the dynamic security code to generate a verification result. In addition, the transaction authorization request message may be modified by adding the verification result to the transaction authorization request message. Also, the modified transaction authorization request message may be transmitted to an issuer of a payment account designated for use in the payment account transaction.

A rules engine for applying rules from a reviewing network to data signals from an originating network is described. The rules engine includes a processor coupled to a memory device. The rules engine is coupled to the reviewing network, and is configured to receive an authorization data signal from the originating network. The authorization data signal includes authorization data for at least one transaction that has been processed by the originating network. The originating network and the reviewing network are payment networks. Additionally, the rules engine generates an authorization response data signal that includes authorization response data by comparing the authorization data to the rules stored in the memory device. The authorization response data indicates whether the reviewing network authorizes or declines the at least one transaction included in the authorization data. The rules engine transmits the clearance response data signal to the originating network.
