A configurable door system includes a first and second door panel, an astragal, and a frame. The frame defines a first axis and is configured to pivotally support the door panels in a first configuration of the door system and in a second configuration of the door system. The first door panel is disposed to one side of the second door panel along the first axis within the frame in both the first and second configurations. The door system, in the first configuration, includes the astragal fixed to the first door panel and releasably attaches the first door panel to the frame, and the second door panel is releasably secured to the astragal. The door system, in the second configuration, includes the astragal fixed to the second door panel and releasably attaches the second door panel to the frame, and the first door panel is releasably secured to the astragal.

An electrical outlet includes a base and further includes a power module that is movably situated on the base. The power module is movable among a plurality of different orientations on the electrical outlet. The power module includes different electronic devices on each of a plurality of surface portions of the power module. As the power module is moved with respect to the electrical outlet among the different orientations, a different exposed surface portion faces away from the electrical outlet, and a different electrical device that is situated on or adjacent the exposed surface portion is operable to output electrical power or to perform some other function. The various electrical devices can be selected to provide a balance of electrical services, such as multiple types of USB ports, wireless recharging, a nightlight, and the like, without limitation.

A mounting assembly is for an electrical switch. The electrical switch has a heat sink. The mounting assembly includes a switching member, an insulator structured to be located between the switching member and the heat sink, and a separate cover member overlaying the switching member and being structured to secure the switching member and the insulator to the heat sink. The separate cover member includes a body portion and a plurality of protrusions extending outwardly from the body portion. The plurality of protrusions includes a first protrusion and a second protrusion. The switching member is located between the first protrusion and the second protrusion. The plurality of protrusions are structured to extend through the heat sink in order to removably couple the separate cover member and the switching member to the heat sink without requiring a separate fastener to be inserted through the separate cover member.

A circuit interrupter includes a line conductor, a neutral conductor, separable contacts structured to open to interrupt current flowing through the line and neutral conductors, a circuit interrupter circuit structured to detect a fault based on current flowing through the line and neutral conductors and to output a trip signal in response to detecting the fault, a trip circuit structured to trip open the separable contacts in response to the trip signal, and an audible indicator circuit structured to output an audible sound in response to the trip circuit tripping open the separable contacts.

A power receptacle with a housing having an inwardly extending chamber, the inwardly extending chamber having a depth dimension that is between 0.5 inches and 5 inches, more typically between 1 and 5 inches, sized and configured to releasably receive a portable power supply inside the chamber. The housing includes an internal electrical charging interface. When the portable power supply is in the chamber, the portable power supply electrically engages the electrical charging interface to thereby charge the portable power supply. The receptacles can be in-wall or in-floor units. The housings can be a 'custom' housing size and/or may be configured to occupy a single gang box or a compartment of a multi-gang junction box.

A slider assembly is for an electrical switch having an upper housing. The slider assembly includes a slider mechanism structured to be disposed on an exterior surface of the upper housing and a shutter structured to be disposed in an interior of said upper housing and to be coupled to said slider mechanism. The shutter includes a number of biasing members structured to engage and apply a bias force against interior sidewalls of said upper housing, thereby creating a friction force associated with movement of said slider mechanism.

In-wall dispensing modules, such as room freshener modules, can reside in a housing with a cover that can be opened to access an interior space of the module to, inter alia, replace used containers. The housings are configured to reside inside a wall of a room. The front cover can be a planar cover that is flush, slightly recessed or slightly protrudes from the wall. The housings can be a 'custom' housing size and/or may be configured to occupy a single gang box or a compartment of a multi-gang junction box. The modules can include an actuator that can cause a canister to emit scented fluid at desired intervals and/or on-demand. The modules can have a User Interface (UI) wireless and/or wired connection to a whole-house 'smart' system.
