The present disclosure discloses a method and a system for dynamically managing performance indicators for an enterprise to address goals for facility operations management. The method comprises integrating operations data associated with an enterprise, deriving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), thresholds and metrics, determining factors affecting performance of the KPIs and factors affecting performance of the thresholds, normalizing the factors affecting the performance of the KPIs based on a comparability matrix, assessing performance of KPIs based on the one or more thresholds, the comparability matrix and associated patterns of the normalized data to derive KPI performance insights, fine-tuning the KPIs and enhancing the system, along with the one or more KPIs and the interactive visualization based on one or more patterns of usage of the interactive visualization and the fine-tuning, thereby dynamically managing performance indicators for an enterprise to address the goals of facility operations management.

Method and system for managing performance indicators for addressing goals of enterprise facility operations management

The present disclosure relates to a method and system for determining potential energy savings for a multisite enterprise by an energy evaluation system. The energy evaluation system receives energy consumption data and plurality of variables associated with plurality of sites and identifies a category for the plurality of variables based on a relationship of the plurality of variables with the energy consumption data. The energy evaluation system further determines one or more significant variables based on an impact of the plurality of variables on the energy consumption data and category of the plurality of variables. The energy evaluation system identifies a plurality of clusters for the multisite enterprise based on the one or more significant variables, evaluates the plurality of clusters of variables and optimizes the plurality of clusters of the plurality of variables based on the evaluation. Based on the evaluation and optimization a potential energy savings is determined.

Method and system for determining potential energy saving for a multisite enterprise

A lighting control system for optimizing operation of skylights of distributed sites to facilitate daylight harvesting comprises a processor and a memory communicatively coupled to the processor. The memory stores processor instructions, which causes the processor to identify skylight-linked lighting circuits from a plurality of lighting circuits by analyzing site configuration data, site instrumentation data, and ambient data, and determine interception points configured for each identified skylight-linked lighting circuit to switch from daylight utilization to electric consumption and to switch from electric consumption to daylight utilization. The processor is further caused to derive an optimum logic for the operation of skylight linked lighting circuits based on the interception points and current operating schedule of the skylight linked lighting circuits and optimize the operation of the skylights based on the optimum logic.

System and method for optimizing daylight harvesting in distributed sites

The present disclosure relates to a method and system for optimizing operations of the exterior lights for a site of a plurality of distributed sites. The operations of the exterior lights are optimized by the lighting control system, which receive data associated with lights from at least one site of the plurality of distributed sites, wherein the data is one of exterior light data or combination of exterior and interior light data. Further, the data received from at least one site is processed in a pre-defined format to identify the current logic and the optimum logic of operation of the exterior lights. The method further identifies one or more deviations and the causes of the deviations in the operation of exterior lights to optimize the operation of the exterior lights.
