A device may receive, from a user device, a request for an automation service for a project. The device may analyze the request to identify one or more input keywords. The device may obtain, by using the one or more input keywords to search one or more data sources, project information for a set of projects and/or automation services information for a set of automation services. The device may determine one or more similar projects and/or one or more similar automation services by analyzing the project information and/or the automation services information. The device may provide, to the user device, a recommendation that identifies one or more automation services associated with the one or more similar projects and/or the one or more similar automation services.

Using natural language processing and similarity analysis techniques to select a best-fit automation service

According to an example, customized visualization based intelligence augmentation may include accessing, based on a user request, a domain model, and mapping the user request to the domain model. Based on the mapping, a guided query that includes a relevant refinement question may be generated. A response may be received to the refinement question. Based on the received response, a refined user request may be generated, and classified into an intelligence augmentation category. Based on the classification, an intelligence augmentation analyzer may be accessed to analyze the refined user request to generate an insight output that is classified to a visualization. Based on the classification of the insight output to the visualization, responsive to the user request, a display of the visualization may be generated.

Customized visualization based intelligence augmentation

A device may receive a process model and a reference process model. The process model may include a first plurality of nodes corresponding to a first plurality of stages of a particular process. The reference process model may include a second plurality of nodes corresponding to a second plurality of stages of a reference process. The device may map the process model to the reference process model, identify that a first stage corresponds to a second stage, determine a difference between a value, of a metric, associated with the first stage and a value, of the metric, associated with the second stage, cause an interactive user interface to display a visual representation of the difference, identify automation service(s) that compensate for the difference, determine a score for the process model, and cause the interactive user interface to display the score to enable selection of optimal automation service(s) to deploy.

Platform for evaluating and recommending process automations

The system and method generally include identifying whether an utterance spoken by a user (e.g., customer) is a complete or incomplete sentence. For example, the system may include a partial utterance detection module that determines whether an utterance spoken by a user is a partial utterance. The detection process may include providing a detection advice code that gives a recommendation for handling the utterance of interest. If it is determined that the utterance is an incomplete sentence, then the system and method can identify the type of utterance. For example, the system may include a partial utterance classification module that predicts the class of a partial utterance. The classification process may include providing a classification advice code that gives a recommendation for handling the utterance of interest. Once a partial utterance is detected and classified, the system and method can further determine what the user meant by the utterance and can recommend a response to the user's utterance that further advances a conversation between the user and a virtual agent.

System and method for analyzing partial utterances

A system and method for spoken language understanding using recurrent neural networks ('RNNs') is disclosed. The system and method jointly performs the following three functions when processing the word sequence of a user utterance: (1) classify a user's speech act into a dialogue act category, (2) identify a user's intent, and (3) extract semantic constituents from the word sequence. The system and method includes using a bidirectional RNN to convert a word sequence into a hidden state representation. By providing two different orderings of the word sequence, the bidirectional nature of the RNN improves the accuracy of performing the above-mentioned three functions. The system and method includes performing the three functions jointly. The system and method uses attention, which improves the efficiency and accuracy of the spoken language understanding system by focusing on certain parts of a word sequence. The three functions can be jointly trained, which increases efficiency.

Spoken language understanding system and method using recurrent neural networks

According to an example, intent and bot based query guidance may include receiving a query associated with a domain, and identifying, based on an analysis of the query, an intent of the query by extracting an action associated with the query and an entity associated with the query. An intent model associated with the query may be generated based on a mapping of the action and the entity with a domain model of the domain. An intent domain specific language representation of the intent model associated with the query may be generated. Based on an analysis of the intent domain specific language representation, a plurality of bots may be identified, and a parameterized bot chain may be generated to respond to the query. A runtime binding of bots of the parameterized bot chain may be performed, and invoked to generate the response to the query.
