A method for operating at least one wind turbine is provided, the wind turbine being electrically coupled to a power-to-gas converter and an electric grid, wherein a control unit determines a power level for the power generated by at least one generator of the at least one wind turbine and at least partially feeds the generated power to the power-to-gas converter when the determined power level reaches or exceeds a given lower threshold value, wherein the amount of power fed to the power-to-gas converter is kept constant when the determined power level reaches or exceeds a given upper threshold value.

Provided is a wind turbine including a tower, a tower adapter attached to the tower and a nacelle attached to the tower adapter, whereby the tower adapter houses at least one electrical device of the wind turbine for conditioning or switching power provided by a generator of the wind turbine.

Provided is a wind turbine, with at least one hollow construction including at least two longitudinal hollow elements each having a connection interface for connecting the elements either by a slip joint connection or by a flange connection especially a tower including at least two hollow tower elements, wherein at least one connector is guided through the slip joint or flange connection from an inner space to the outer of the wind turbine.

Wind turbine

A number of pre-casted elements are stacked vertically to build the tower, while parts of the elements are forming the tower wall. Each element of the tower is fixed on its position and is connected with a tower foundation by a number of assigned post-tensioned cables. These cables are running inside the tower and they are pulled through the tower without embedding in dedicated channels. The post-tensioned-cables are fixed at certain points with the tower wall via damper-means to prevent their oscillation.
