A display device includes a first substrate, a gate driver on array (GOA) circuit, a plurality of peripheral conductive wires, a second substrate, a sealant and a semi-transparent pattern. The GOA circuit is disposed in a gate driver region, and includes a plurality of thin film transistor devices. The peripheral conductive wires are disposed in a peripheral region of the first substrate, and the peripheral conductive wires are electrically connected to the GOA circuit. The sealant is disposed in at least a portion of the peripheral region and a portion of the gate driver region, and the sealant overlaps at least a portion of the peripheral conductive wires and a portion of the thin film transistor devices of the GOA circuit in a vertical direction. The semi-transparent pattern is disposed on the second substrate, and a transmittance of the semi-transparent pattern is between 10% and 80%.

Display device

A transistor structure disposed on a substrate includes a gate electrode, a gate insulating layer overlapping the gate electrode, a channel layer overlapping the gate electrode, and a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes overlapping the gate electrode. The gate insulating layer is disposed between the channel layer and the gate electrode. Besides, the gate insulating layer is located among the first electrodes, the second electrodes, and the gate electrode. The first electrodes and the second electrodes are alternately arranged along a first direction. Each of the first electrodes has a first width along the first direction. Each of the second electrodes has a second width along the first direction. A ratio of the first width to the second width ranges from 2 to 20. A driving circuit structure having the transistor structure is also provided.

Transistor structure and driving circuit structure

A spacer structure includes a first substrate, an overcoat layer, first spacers, second spacers, and a second substrate. The first spacers are disposed in a first region, and the overcoat layer has a first thickness in the first region. The second spacers are disposed in a second region, and the overcoat layer has a second thickness in the second region. The first spacers and the second spacers have the same height, and the first thickness is greater than the second thickness. Accordingly, no gap exists between each of the first spacers and the second substrate; however, a gap exists between each or the second spacers and the second substrate.

Spacer structure

A spacer structure of a display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a spacer, and a spacer pad. The spacer is disposed on a side of the first substrate facing the second substrate, and the spacer pad is disposed between the second substrate and the spacer. The spacer pad has a non-linear structure lodged in the spacer, and therefore restrains the spacer from moving with respect to the second substrate in the plane parallel to the surface of the second substrate.
