A solid state storage device includes a control circuit, a volatile memory and a non-volatile memory. The non-volatile memory is divided into a first area and a second area. After the host issues a write command and a write data, the control circuit monitors a data amount of the write data continuously stored into the non-volatile memory. Before the data amount of the write data continuously stored into the non-volatile memory reaches a predetermined amount, the write data is stored into plural buffering blocks of the first area in a first write mode. After the data amount of the write data continuously stored into the non-volatile memory reaches the predetermined amount, the write data is stored into plural storing blocks of the second area in a second write mode.

Solid state storage device and write control method with different write modes therof

A data management method for a solid state storage device is provided. The solid state storage device includes a memory cell array. The memory cell array is divided into first-portion logical blocks and second-portion logical blocks. The data management method includes the following steps. Firstly, a write data of plural pages from a host are stored into a first logical block of the first-portion logical blocks. Then, a specified operation is performed on the write data of the plural pages, so that a parity data is acquired. Then, the parity data is stored into a second logical block of the second-portion logical blocks.

Solid state storage device and data management method

A wireless detection and control device is provided, which is applicable a lighting device, and may include a first connection interface, a processing module, a detection module and a control module. The first connection interface may be detachably coupled to the power conversion module of the lighting device. The processing module may be coupled to the first connection interface. The detection module may include two second connection interfaces, and be detachably coupled to the processing module via one of the second connection interfaces; the detection module may detect the change of the surrounding environment to generate a detection signal. The control module may be detachably coupled to the processing module. The detection module may transmit the detection signal to the power conversion module, or transmit the detection signal to the control module for the control module to generate a control signal accordingly so as to control a controlled device.

Wireless detection and control device, and lighting device having the same

An electric energy supply device for powering at least one lighting device may include a first wireless communication module, a multiplexing module and a driving module. The first wireless communication module may receive or transmit a first control signal based on the first wireless network communication protocol. The multiplexing module may identify the communication protocol type of the first control signal. The driving module may drive the light device according to the first control signal. According the communication protocol type, the multiplexing module may determine whether to control the driving module to drive the lighting device according to the first control signal or transmit the first control signal to the first controlled device corresponding to the communication protocol type to remotely control the first controlled device by using other electric energy supply devices as the data bridge path after receiving the first control signal via the first wireless communication module.

Electric energy supply device with data bridge function and wireless lighting control system including the same

A lighting device is provided, which may include a power converting module, a lighting module, a wireless receiving module and a wired receiving module. The power converting module may be coupled to the lighting module, the wireless receiving module and the wired receiving module. The wireless receiving module may receive a second control signal transmitted from a wireless control module by a wireless transmission technology, and convert the second control signal into a second converted control signal. The wired receiving module may receive a first control signal transmitted from a wired control module, and convert the first control signal into a first converted control signal. The power converting module may drive the lighting module and the wireless receiving module, and may adjust the luminous status of the lighting module according to the first and second converted control signals.

Lighting device and lighting control system having the same

A power conversion apparatus, which converts power of a DC power supply and provides it to the loading, includes a transformer, an electronic switch, a leakage energy recycling circuit, and a output circuit. The transformer has a primary winding, which receives the power, and a secondary winding, which outputs the converted power. An end of the electronic switch is electrically connected to the primary winding; another end thereof is electrically connected to the DC power supply. The leakage energy recycling circuit is electrically connected to the primary winding, and repeatedly and alternatively outputs power of positive and negative voltage. The circuit receives and stores leakage energy of the transformer, and feedbacks it to the transformer. The output circuit is electrically connected to the secondary winding to receive the converted power and to provide it to the loading.

DC-DC power conversion apparatus

An isolated power conversion apparatus includes an isolation transformer and an auto charge pump circuit. The isolation transformer has a primary side and a second side, wherein the primary side is electrically connected to a pulsed power supply, and the secondary side has a first end and a second end; the auto charge pump circuit electrically connects the isolation transformer to a loading to improve power conversion efficiency and suppress output voltage ripples.

Isolated power conversion apparatus and method of converting power

A passive power factor correction circuit includes: a DC capacitor and an input capacitor, coupled to a rectifying circuit and charged by a DC voltage from the rectifying circuit; an output capacitor, coupled to a load; first diode and a second diode, coupled to the input capacitor and the output capacitor; and an inductor, coupled to the load, the input capacitor and the output capacitor. Charging into and discharging from the DC capacitor are completed within a half cycle of an input AC voltage.

Passive power factor correction circuit, electronic device applying the same and operation methods thereof

A direct current (DC) conversion circuit suitable for driving a load comprises a buck-boost converter, a resonant stage circuit and an output stage circuit. The buck-boost converter has two input ends receiving a first DC signal, and two output ends outputting a second DC signal. The resonant stage circuit has two input ends receiving the second DC signal. The resonant stage circuit converts the second DC signal to energy and further converts the energy to a negative voltage by a resonance effect. The resonant stage circuit has two input ends outputting the energy. The output stage circuit has two input ends receiving the energy to store the energy, and two output ends outputting energy to the load.

Direct current conversion circuit

An AC/DC converter includes a rectifier circuit and an active power factor correction circuit. The rectifier circuit is electrically connected to a power supply, and is used to convert an alternate current into a direct current, wherein the rectifier circuit has a positive output and a negative output for sending out the direct current. The active power factor correction circuit electrically connects the rectifier circuit and a loading, wherein the active power factor correction circuit is used to suppress voltage ripples provided to the loading.

AC/DC converter and method of correcting power factor

A DC conversion circuit in the disclosure includes a buck-boost converter and a resonant stage circuit. The buck-boost converter has two input ends, a negative output end and a positive output end. The buck-boost converter receives a first DC signal via its two input ends, and outputs a second DC signal via its two output ends. The resonant stage circuit has two input ends and two output ends. The resonant stage circuit receives the second DC signal via its two input ends, converts the second DC signal into energy for power charging, and outputs the energy to a load via its two output ends. Then, the resonant stage circuit converts the energy, which is used for power charging, to form a negative voltage by a resonance effect, and outputs the energy to the load via its two output ends.

DC conversion circuit

The present invention provides a buck converter with single stage. The buck converter includes a buck device, a semiconductor component coupled to the buck device, a first resonance circuit coupled to the semiconductor component for adjusting operation time constant, and a second resonance circuit coupled to the first resonance circuit for suppressing ripple. The present invention controls the actuation time of circuit architecture change through LC resonance circuit timing means, automatically changes circuit architecture without active element, is balanced automatically without control energy, and simplifies circuit design. The present invention is characteristic of negative voltage source, which overcomes problems of load voltage potential barrier, and realizes a circuit design of sharing the energy storage and the filtering elements, so as to achieve fast input response, low output ripple and long service life.

Buck converter with single stage

A DC to AC conversion circuit including an inverter, a first inductor, a first capacitor, a second inductor and a second capacitor is provided. The inverter has two input contact points and two output contact points. The input contact points receive a DC signal, and the output contact points output an AC signal. The first terminal of the first inductor is coupled to one of the two output contact points. The first capacitor is coupled to the first inductor in parallel. The first terminal of the second capacitor is coupled to the second terminal of the first inductor, and the second terminal of the second capacitor is coupled to another one of two output contact points. The first terminal of the second inductor is coupled to the first terminal of the second capacitor, and the second terminal of the second inductor is coupled to a load.

DC to AC conversion circuit with resonant circuit

The present disclose relates to a power active buck power factor correction device, comprising: a AC source; a rectifying device coupled to the AC source for receiving and rectifying the AC source so as to generate an input voltage; a first converting device coupled to the assistance device for receiving, transmitting, converting and storing energy; a load coupled to the first converting device; and an assistance device coupled to the first converting device for generating an assistance voltage. Specifically, the polarity of the assistance voltage is same with the input voltage, but is contrary to an output voltage, so that the first converting device may continue to work and receive an input current under the input voltage is smaller than the output voltage while the discontinue time of the input current is getting shorter so as to obtain the perfected power factor correction effect.

Active buck power factor correction device

An extension cord with AC and DC output, includes a first conducting line coupled to a positive end of a DC source and a first end of an AC source, a second conducting line coupled to a negative end of the DC source, a third conducting line coupled to a second end of the AC source, a first socket, and a second socket. The first socket includes a first node, a second node a third node respectively coupled to the first conducting line, the second conducting line, and the third conducting line. The second socket includes a fourth node, a fifth node and a sixth node respectively coupled to the first conducting line, the second conducting line, and the third conducting line. The second node floats when the first socket is provided with the AC output. The third node floats when the first socket is provided with the DC output.
