The present invention provides a control method of an electronic device, wherein the control method includes the steps of: obtaining a first measurement result of frequencies of one or more bands; obtaining a second measurement result of the frequencies of the one or more bands, wherein the first measurement result and the second measurement result are generated at different times; determining a similarity between the second measurement result and the first measurement result to generate a determination result; and determining a system selection strategy according to the determination result.

Control method of user equipment with adaptive system selection strategy

A flexible display device includes a display panel and a plurality of curving-restricting structures. The display panel has a display surface and a bottom surface opposite thereto. The display surface has a visible region and an outer region surrounding the visible region. The curving-restricting structures is disposed on at least one of the outer region of the display surface and the bottom surface of the display panel. Each curving-restricting structure has a top surface and at least a slanted side wall. The top surfaces of adjacent curving-restricting structures are spaced with each other, and the slanted side walls of adjacent curving-restricting structures face each other. When the flexible display device are curved to a predetermined extent, adjacent curving-restricting structures may resist against with each other to prevent the display panel from being unduly curved to be damaged, and thus a use reliability of the flexible display device is improved.

An electrophoresis display apparatus includes an electronic-ink layer, a passive-matrix substrate, and a conducting layer. The passive-matrix substrate has an electrode surface, and the electrode surface has a plurality of electrodes. The conducting layer has a predetermined shape. The conducting layer is disposed between the electronic-ink layer and the electrode surface of the passive-matrix substrate and is used for transmitting the signals on the electrodes contacting the conducting layer to the electronic-ink layer, so that the electronic-ink layer can display an image with the predetermined shape.

An electric device with multi-screen includes a plurality of display modules and a plurality of flexible printed circuit boards. The display modules are electrically connected to each other by the flexible circuit printed boards. The display modules may display different images simultaneously for providing user different purposes. The present invention is directed to a bit-level memory controller and method adaptable to managing defect bits of a non-volatile memory. A bad column management (BCM) unit retrieves a bit-level mapping table, in which defect bits are respectively marked, based on which the BCM unit constructs a bit-level script (BLS) that contains a plurality of entries denoting defect-bit groups respectively. An internal buffer is configured to store data managed by the BCM unit according to the BLS.

A method for manufacturing a color electrophoretic display device includes the following steps. First, a substrate having a displaying region and a circuit region around the displaying region is provided. Next, a driving array is formed in the displaying region. Subsequently, an electrophoretic display layer is formed on the driving array. Afterwards, a thermal transfer process is performed so that a color filter layer is formed on the electrophoretic display layer. The present invention relates to a touch display apparatus, which is including a display unit and a touch unit installed under the display unit. The display unit includes a first substrate and a second substrate installed in parallel. The touch unit includes a third substrate installed under the second substrate in parallel, and a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes separately installed on the lower surface of the second substrate and on the upper surface of the third substrate and facing each other. When a user touches the display unit of the electronic reading apparatus, the display unit will have a local deformation accordingly, the first electrode and the second electrode touch each other, and thus a touch signal is generated. Therefore, a touch function can be achieved.

The method for adjusting a brightness includes steps of: providing a pixel having a first area displaying a white color and a plurality of first particles corresponding to the first area; obtaining an environmental brightness; and controlling only locations of the plurality of first particles in response to the environmental brightness so as to adjust the brightness.

A micro electro-mechanical system (MEMS) switch includes an active device, an immovable metal layer and a movable metal layer is provided. The immovable metal layer is disposed on the active device and the movable metal layer is disposed above the immovable metal layer. Accordingly, an insulating cavity is formed between the immovable metal layer and the movable metal layer. Further, the active device is capable of driving the movable metal layer. Compare to thin film transistor, since the operation performance of the MEMS switches would not affected by carrier mobility and on-off current ratio, display performance of the display device can be easily improved.
