Diaphragm valve

A fluororesin diaphragm valve includes a valve portion, a sealing mechanism and an adjusting mechanism for the opening degree of the valve. The valve portion includes a valve body, a valve shaft, and a valve upper cover. The valve body includes a square portion, an annular portion, and a valve chamber. The sealing mechanism includes a diaphragm, an upper valve body, a tightening ring and an annular portion of the valve body. The adjusting mechanism is installed on the top of the valve upper cover. The sealing mechanism is installed in the annular portion and at the minimum diameter area of the annular portion, having annular lattice-shaped ribbed plates with horizontal openings to increase the structural strength of the diaphragm seal and improve the heat dissipation effect.

Fluororesin diaphragm valve

A buffer valve is installed on a pneumatic diaphragm valve. An inner flow channel of the buffer valve includes an inner micro gas hole, an inner chamber, an outer gas hole, and a floating ball. The buffer valve has functions with a high-filling action, a shielding action, a releasing action, a shielding time Δt, and an adjusting mechanism. When inflatable, the floating ball will not block the inner micro hole to be quickly filled with high-pressure gas. when gas discharge, the floating ball will move to the outer gas hole with the gas flow and produce the shielding action to reduce the discharge rate to reduce the vibration and slow down the approach speed of the diaphragm to reduce the impact against the valve seat. When the pressure of the gas decreases, the floating ball is separated from the outer gas hole by the releasing action to accelerate the discharge.

A diaphragm valve structure having application in diaphragm valves made completely from fluororesin at an operating temperature of 200&#xb0; C. The diaphragm valve uses a heat isolation method that consists of a heat transfer limiting structure and a heat dissipating structure, ensuring rigidity of the gas cylinder structure. The heat transfer limiting structure uses lattice-shaped ribbed plates with horizontal openings, wherein the lattice-shaped ribbed plates and a minimum diameter area of an annular portion are all provided with heat transfer section thickness. The heat dissipating structure consists of a multilayered structure for a preferred external natural cooling, and further using a coolant gas ensuring that the peripheral portion of the diaphragm and gas-tight components on the valve shaft are sufficiently cooled.

Diaphragm valve structure

A dual-shaft clutch varying speed device includes a drive unit, an input shaft, an output shaft, a housing, at least an odd-numbered clutch unit and at least an even-numbered clutch unit. The input shaft having an input gear is coupled with the drive unit. The output shaft, having an end thereof penetrate through the input shaft and the drive unit, has at least an odd-numbered output gear and at least an even-numbered output gear. The housing has a housing gear. The at least one odd-numbered clutch unit being furnished at the inner part of the housing has an odd-numbered clutch shaft and an odd-numbered clutch gear which is meshed with the odd-numbered output gear. The at least one odd-numbered clutch unit has an even-numbered clutch shaft and an even-numbered clutch gear which is meshed with the even-numbered output gear.

Diaphragm valve structure and thermal isolation method thereof

A fluoroplastic butterfly valve structure is disclosed that includes an inner metallic butterfly disc and an outer fluoroplastic material enclosing the metallic butterfly disc within a valve body. The butterfly disc has a board-like or cone-like cross section. A fluoroplastic lining has an interference fit with the butterfly disc. A back-up ring is provided between an inner surface of the valve body made of high temperature resistant rubber. The butterfly disc has a complex sealing structure, which includes an unequal-width conical surface and an unequal-width curved surface. The unequal-width curved surface is disposed in a closing direction of the butterfly disc for preventing interference sliding thereof.

Fluoroplastic butterfly valve structure

An interference-type torque split differential includes a differential housing, a first differential gear and an interference-type torque split module. The first differential gear is provided in the differential housing. The interference-type torque split module is provided outside the differential housing and has a second differential gear, a first brake source and a second brake source. The second differential gear is connected with the first differential gear. The first brake source and the second brake source are at two sides of the second differential gear, respectively. The first brake source or the second brake source provides multiple stages of clamping force for performing torque split.

A pipe joint structure has a joint body, a fixed ring and a union nut. A flared end of a tube has a conical surface and a tubular surface. The conical surface and tubular surface are connected to a tube connecting portion of the joint body. The union nut is fastened to a locking thread of the tube connecting portion. An interior recess portion of the union nut is coupled with a bulging surface of the fixed ring. The tube is compressed evenly and secured firmly on the joint body.
