A wavelength conversion element includes a substrate, a reflective layer, an inorganic light luminescence layer and an organic light luminescence layer. The reflective layer is disposed over the substrate. The inorganic light luminescence layer is disposed over the reflective layer and includes a first fluorescent material. The organic light luminescence layer is disposed between the reflective layer and the inorganic light luminescence layer, and includes a second fluorescent material. A refractive index of the inorganic light luminescence layer is greater than that of the organic light luminescence layer, and a thickness of the inorganic light luminescence layer is greater than a thickness of the organic light luminescence layer.

Wavelength conversion element

A wavelength device includes a substrate, a photoluminescence layer, a light spot adjusting layer, and a reflecting layer. The photoluminescence layer is disposed over the substrate, and is configured to receive incident light and convert the incident light to excitation light. The light spot adjusting layer is disposed between the substrate and the photoluminescence layer, and is configured to receive the excitation light and the unconverted incident light and to adjust the light path of the excitation light and the unconverted incident light, in which a refractive index of the photoluminescence layer is different from a refractive index of the light spot adjusting layer. The reflecting layer is disposed between the light spot adjusting layer, and is configured to reflect the incident light and the excitation light.

Wavelength converting device

A laser light source for projector includes a laser light source module, first and second light receiving modules, a phosphor wheel, and a light combining module. The phosphor wheel has a first and a second side. The phosphor wheel receives the laser and converts the laser into first and second fluorescent light. The phosphor wheel receives the laser at a first side and emits the first fluorescent light. The phosphor wheel emits the second fluorescent light at a second side. After the first fluorescent light and the second fluorescent light passes through the first and second light receiving modules, at least one of the directions of optical axes of the first and second fluorescent light is changed. The light combining module receives the first and second fluorescent lights and emits a combined light.

Laser light source for projector and laser projection device

A bi-power motor controlling system includes a motor, a system apparatus and a motor controlling apparatus. The system apparatus has a rotational-speed target value for determining the targeted rotational speed of the motor. In addition, the system apparatus outputs a first power and a second power to the motor and the motor controlling apparatus, respectively. The motor controlling apparatus detects the motor to obtain a first rotational-speed value of the motor, and then adjusts the rotational speed of the motor to a second rotational-speed value according to the first rotational-speed value. Then, the motor controlling apparatus further generates a rotational-speed feedback signal to the system apparatus. The system apparatus adjusts the outputted first power in accordance with the rotational-speed feedback signal to make the rotational speed of the motor reach the rotational-speed target value.

Bi-power motor controlling system and motor controlling apparatus thereof

A motor control apparatus and a motor control method determine whether the motor is in a back-pressure area so as to provide different rotation-speed control signals. When the fan is in the low duty cycle, a first circuit loop is switched on, so that the fan has more accurate rotation speed. When the fan is in the high duty cycle, a second circuit loop is switched on, so that the rotation speed of fan does not be limited to a constant rotation-speed as the fan enters the back-pressure area. Thus, the fan has larger airflow quantity and higher airflow pressure.

A motor control apparatus includes a sensing module, a phase modulating module, a duty cycle modulating module and a driving module. The sensing module detects a motor to generate a sensing signal. The phase modulating module receives the sensing signal and generates a phase modulation signal in accordance with the sensing signal. The duty cycle modulating module receives the phase modulation signal and generates a duty cycle modulation signal in accordance with the phase modulation signal. The driving module receives the duty cycle modulation signal and generates a motor control signal for controlling the motor in accordance with the duty cycle modulation signal.

A motor detecting and protecting apparatus electrically connected with a motor. The motor detecting and protecting apparatus includes a detecting unit, an error determining unit, a controlling unit and a driving unit. A method of adjusting sensitivity of signal interpretation includes the steps of: continuously receiving an input signal; setting a sampling parameter; sampling the input signal according to the sampling parameter to obtain a plurality of sampling signals; judging whether the sampling signals are the same or not; generating a first control signal according to the sampling signals if the sampling signals are the same; and generating a second control signal according to the input signal if the sampling signals are not the same. A current control device for a fan motor includes a current sampling module, a signal generating module, a current detecting module and a current controlling module. The current sampling module samples an operating current of the fan motor to generate a sampled current signal. The operating current is controlled according to a driving signal. The signal generating module generates a threshold current signal. The current detecting module receives the sampled current signal and the threshold current signal and generates a motor protecting signal according to the sampled current signal and the threshold current signal. The motor control device includes a programmable integrated circuit (IC) receiving a phase signal, the phase of which is consistent with the rotation phase of a coil of the motor. The programmable IC generates a duty-cycle signal in accordance with the period of the phase signal. The duty-cycle signal comprises a rising segment and a falling segment and when the phase signal changes phase, the duty cycle represented by the duty-cycle signal is a first duty cycle, allowing the input power of the motor remain at a minimum. The duty-cycle signal is input to the coil, controlling the coil on and off and, thereby rotating the motor.

The present invention discloses a fan protection apparatus and related method thereof. The fan protection apparatus has a control circuit and a counter. According to the fan protection method, the user can set the acceptable restart number and the special time for auto restart. The fan protection apparatus and method can force to stop the fan when the fan encounters an abnormal situation. When the stop time has passed, the fan is automatically restarted. The present invention counts the number of restarts. If the number of restarts equals the set number and the abnormal situation also cannot be eliminated, the present invention cuts off power to the fan.

Fan protection method and apparatus

The present invention provides an instantaneous fan stopping method and structure thereof. The method and structure can eliminate the inertial rotating state of the fan when the power supplied to the fan is cut off. In accordance with the present invention, a closed circuit is formed between the two terminals of the coil used to drive the fan. When the closed circuit is formed, the inertial rotation of the fan can generate an induced current in this coil, which, in turn, generates a magnetic force to stop the fan.
