A battery module includes a battery pack, a strap, and an adjuster. The strap has an attached portion, an adjusted portion and a fixed portion. The attached portion is attached to the battery pack, and the adjusted portion extends from one side of the attached portion. The fixed portion extends from the other side of the attached portion. The adjuster is positioned on the adjusted portion and has a buckle and an elastic element. The buckle is positioned between the elastic element and the battery pack. The elastic element and the battery pack oppose to the same side of the strap. The adjusted portion of the strap passes through the buckle. The battery pack with the strap and the adjuster is fixed on the plate base for protecting itself against outside damage.

A flexible cascade unit for cascading electrical elements and device thereof are provided. The cascade unit includes a first series connection portion, a second series connection portion and a flexible structure. The flexible structure is integrally formed between the first and second series connection portions, and has a first flexible rib and a second flexible rib. Each of the first and second flexible ribs respectively clads a conducting wire. Each conducting wire has two conducting ends respectively extended to the first and second series connection portions. As such, a flexible strip-like object can be formed, and be attached at an arm, waist or wrist of a person to be readily portable and wearable.

A waterproof box structure includes a composite plate and an external frame. The composite plate includes a chemical hardened layer and a thermoplastic resin layer attached to each other, and a surface of the thermoplastic resin layer is attached onto the chemical hardened layer, and the external periphery of the thermoplastic resin layer is extended and protruded from the external periphery of the chemical hardened layer. The external frame is formed and covered onto the external periphery of the composite plate by an injection molding method, and the internal periphery of the external frame is covered onto the external periphery of thermoplastic resin layer and combined with the thermoplastic resin layer.

Waterproof box structure

A case having a speaker mesh module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The case includes a base, a speaker mesh module and a combination member. The base is formed with a filling port and an opening in which the speaker mesh module is correspondingly placed. The speaker mesh module is formed with a buckle part and a sound output part. The combination member is secured on the base through the filling port with an injection molding means and served to cover the speaker mesh module. The combination member is formed with a combining part mutually fastened with the buckle part and a penetrated hole corresponding to the sound output part. Accordingly, the speaker mesh module is able to be sealed in the opening with a means other than adhering, thereby allowing the case to be provided with a stable and excellent waterproof performance.

Waterproof case

A waterproof box structure includes a composite plate and a soft film. The composite plate includes a chemical curing layer and a thermoplastic resin layer adhered and coupled to each other. The composite plate has a through hole. The through hole penetrates the chemical curing layer and the thermoplastic resin layer. The thermoplastic resin layer extends from the inner rim of the through hole and toward the center of the through hole to form a flange. The soft film hides the through hole. The outer rim of the soft film encloses the flange and is coupled to the flange.

A non-contact input apparatus for computer peripheral includes an induction module and a pointing module. The induction module includes an electric supply coil and an induction element, and the pointing module includes an energy coil and a non-linear element. The electric supply coil is used to send a first oscillation signal. The energy coil receives the first oscillation signal. The non-linear element converts the first oscillation signal to be a second oscillation signal having multiple higher harmonics. The induction element generates a control signal based on the second oscillation signal.

A mobile device protecting structure includes a first frame having a first frame portion and a first guard plate, a second frame having a second frame portion and a fixing edge, and the second frame portion encircling the first frame portion, and a packing element disposed in the second frame portion and inserted into a packing slot formed at the exterior of the first frame portion, and a waterproof ring installed between the first and second frames and having an internal periphery. A mobile device is covered by the first and second frames, and a second guard plate is selectively packed between the internal periphery and the fixing edge or packed between the internal periphery and the mobile device depending on the thickness of the mobile device.

A ring structure for reducing flash glare and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The ring structure for reducing flash glare is assembled on a camera module with a lens and a flashlight and includes a transparent substrate and a shading plate. The flashlight and the lens are fully separated by the shading plate to prevent light rays of the flashlight from interfering with the lens through the transparent substrate. The manufacturing method includes: providing a transparent substrate; forming a C-shaped hole on the transparent substrate; and injecting a plastic to fill the C-shaped hole and thereby form a shading plate on the transparent substrate. The manufacturing method entails performing a processing process on the transparent substrate directly and forming the shading plate by injection molding to not only simplify the manufacturing process but also makes the ring structure waterproof.

A waterproof gate having a speaker mesh film is provided and applied to a case, and the case is formed with a slot. The waterproof gate includes that a waterproof unit is plugged in the slot and has a partition plate having two opposite surfaces being respectively extended with a first annular piece and a second annular piece, and the partition plate is formed with an opening; a speaker mesh film unit covers the opening; a first fasten member is disposed and fastened in a first recess defined by the first annular piece and the partition plate; and a second fasten member is disposed and fastened in a second recess defined by the second annular piece and the partition plate. The speaker mesh film unit and the partition plate are clamped between the first fasten member and the second fasten member. Accordingly, an excellent waterproof effect is provided.

The thickness of the first metal component is A, the thickness of the plastic casing is B. The thickness of said plastic casing satisfies 0.4 mm&#x2266;B&#x2266;0.8 mm, and the total thickness of the first metal component and the plastic casing satisfies 0.8 mm&#x2266;A+B&#x2266;1.6 mm. The connection part is disposed on a side of the main body.

Battery shell of electronic device and manufacturing method thereof

The disclosure discloses a method for manufacturing a battery shell applicable to an electronic device. The method includes providing a metal substrate, a metal implanting component including a connecting part disposed thereon; bonding the metal implanting component to the metal substrate; and forming a plastic component on the metal substrate by an insert molding process. The plastic component covers the metal implanting component. By bonding the plastic component to the bonding part of the metal implanting component, the bonding strength is enforced.

Method for manufacturing a battery shell applicable to an electronic device

A hold-down support structure is coupled to a stem of a pintle to form a hinge, and includes a support board and a sleeve. The support board has a support section forming a support face. The sleeve includes first and second brackets. When the sleeve is mounted to the support board, a stem receiving space is defined by by the support board and the first and second brackets. The stem is inserted into the stem receiving space and an outer circumferential surface of the stem is subject to constraint by the support face of the support board and the resilient retention forces respectively applied by the first and second brackets symmetrically in directions toward the support face so that a predetermined rotational friction is induced between the outer circumferential surface of the stem and the inside surfaces of the first and second brackets.

Hold-down support structure of hinge

A split barrel structure of a hinge includes a first partial barrel and an adjoining first complementary curved part extended from a first leaf portion in a first circular direction, and a second partial barrel and an adjoining second complementary curved part extended from a second leaf portion in a second circular direction. When the first leaf portion is aligned with the second leaf portion face to face, the first partial barrel and the first complementary curved part mate with the second complementary curved part and the second partial barrel, respectively, to form a split barrel for clamping a shaft of a pintle of the hinge therein. The aligned first and second leaf portions are then bound together using binding elements. Alternatively, the first and the second leaf portion are integrally connected at an edge via a bending section.
