An electronic device with a detachable plug includes a main body and a plug body. The main body has a fitting recess, a first conductive terminal group, and a press portion. The first conductive terminal group is disposed in the fitting recess. The press portion is located on at least one side of the fitting recess, and the press portion is formed by at least one exterior side plate and at least one interior side plate of the main body together. A press space exists between the at least one exterior side plate and the at least one interior side plate. The at least one interior side plate has an opening communicating with the fitting recess, and the at least one exterior side plate has a bump passing through the opening. The plug body is detachably configured in the fitting recess of the main body.

Electronic device with detachable plug

A shell structure includes a shell and a shielding cover. The shell has an accommodating space, the accommodating space has an inner wall, and the inner wall has a first buckling portion. The shielding cover is arranged in the accommodating space, the shielding cover has an outer wall, the outer wall corresponds to the inner wall, and the outer wall has a second buckling portion corresponding to the first buckling portion. The first buckling portion and the second buckling portion are buckled with each other to limit relative degrees of freedom of the shell and the shielding cover.

Shell structure and electronic device with shell structure

A power supply includes a cover body, a metal plate, a metal clip, a circuit board and a housing. The metal plate is partially disposed in a first space of the cover body. The metal clip is disposed in the first space and electrically connected to the metal plate, and includes an upper spring piece, a lower spring piece and a connecting piece. The connecting piece has a fixing portion corresponding to a gap between the upper and lower spring pieces. The circuit board includes an input portion and an output portion. The input portion is disposed in the gap, and has a protruding part for engaging with the fixing portion. The housing includes an output interface and an opening communicating with an accommodating space of the housing. The cover body is connected to the opening. The output interface is electrically connected to the output portion.

Power supply

A connector includes a main body, a terminal module, a cable module, a housing and an insulating material. The main body has a first opening and a second opening. The terminal module includes a terminal portion and an insulating portion partially covering the terminal portion. The terminal portion includes plural terminals protruding beyond one side of the insulating portion, a middle portion covered by the insulating portion, and a pin portion exposed from the opposite side of the insulating portion. The cable module has a connecting portion electrically connected to the pin portion. The housing covers the main body and the terminals. The housing has an end portion disposed adjacent to the insulating portion. The end portion is configured with plural third openings. The insulating material which may be poured through the third openings covers the end portion, the connecting portion, the pin portion and the insulating portion, and fills the third openings.

Connector

A power converter includes a tubular housing having an accommodation space, a first and a second openings. A power module is disposed in the accommodation space and includes a circuit board and a first fastening portion. A bottom cover is formed with a second fastening portion and first bumps, and the bottom cover is pre-positioned on the tubular housing through the second fastening portion engaged with the first fastening portion. A bottom cover is bonded to the first opening through melting the first bumps by ultrasonic welding. A power cable is inserted through the bottom cover and electrically connected to the circuit board. A power socket is coupled to the second opening.

Power converter

An insulation cover fixing structure and a protection device include a first insulation, a first metal shielding cover and an engaging unit. The first insulation cover includes a first bottom plate and a first side plate. The first metal shielding cover is disposed at an outer side of the first insulation cover. The first metal shielding cover includes a second bottom plate and a second side plate. The engaging unit is disposed on at least one of the first insulation cover and the first metal shielding cover. The first metal shielding cover and the first insulation cover are fixed by the engaging unit. The engaging unit includes a first tongue extended with bend from one of the first side plate and the second side plate toward the other and a second tongue extended from the first tongue. The second tongue is pressed against the other of the first side plate and the second side plate.

Insulation cover fixing structure and protection device

An adapter casing module for installing a power socket includes a first casing and a second casing engaged correspondingly with the first casing, and the first casing has a fixed base, and the second casing has an opening disposed opposite to the fixed base, and the fixed base includes two elastic walls protruded from the first casing, and the two elastic walls are arranged with an interval apart and opposite to each other for installing the power socket between the elastic walls, and a first limit structure is disposed on a side of the two elastic walls, and a second limit structure is disposed on the other side of the two elastic walls, and the first and second limit structures are provided for limiting the power socket to be situated in the fixed base and configured to be corresponsive to the opening of the second casing.

Adapter casing module for installing a power socket

An electronic apparatus includes a case, an integrated circuit module, a cable and a fastener component. The case includes an opening and an accommodating space for the integrated circuit module and the fastener component installed therein. The cable is passed through the opening to be electrically connected with the integrated circuit module. The fastener component is adjacent to the opening and includes a first fastening portion and a second fastening portion for fastening the conducting cable and the circuit module respectively. Thereby, the cable and the integrated circuit module will be fastened simultaneously through the fastener component, and a one-time ultrasonic welding process is applied for assembly, thus the process will be simplified as to improve the yield rate.

Electronic apparatus and method for assembling thereof

A rotatable plug structure for a power adapter includes a carrying base, two conductive terminals and a plug. The carrying base includes a first installation slot, a second installation slot and a channel connected between the two. The conductive terminals are secured onto the first and second installation slots; the conductive terminals include a main body, a wiring portion and a clamping member. The clamping member includes a pair of metal slats bent from the main body and extended to taper toward each other. The plug is rotatably installed on the carrying base and the conductive terminal; the plug includes a pivotal axle, a pair of insertion pins and a conductive connecting end. The plug swings freely about the pivotal axle between a deployed state and a retracted state; thereby, the conductive connecting ends are clamped by the clamping member or disengaged therefrom to overcome the improper contact problem.

Rotatable plug structure for power adapter

Disclosed are a power socket and an adapter having the socket. The power socket includes an insulating base and a plurality of conductive pins, and the insulating base includes a base body, an extension protruded from the base body, a slot formed on an end surface of the base body, a plurality of through hole formed on the extension and interconnected to the slots, and a penetrating hole formed on the extension and at a position corresponding to each respective through hole and penetrating the through hole, and each conductive pin is embedded into the through hole, and an end of each conductive pin is exposed from the slot, and the other end of the conductive pin is formed on an inner side of the penetrating hole, so as to simplify the manufacturing procedure and lower the manufacturing cost.

Power socket and adaptor having the same

The receptacle includes an insulated body, a pair of pins and a micro switch. The insulated body has a recess. The pair of pins is fixed in the insulated body and located in the recess. The pair of pins includes a first pin and a second pin. The second pin electrically connects a wire. Each of the first and second pins has a free end. The recess is divided into an inner region and an outer region by the two free ends. The micro switch is movably connected in the insulated body and disposed correspondingly to the wire. The micro switch has a contact sheet which can selectively be in contact with the wire. The micro switch is located in the inner region of the recess.
