An optical touch apparatus and optical touch method are provided. The optical touch apparatus has a touch area, and includes a light source module, at least one optical sensing module, and a processing unit. The light source module includes a plurality of light emitting elements, wherein each of the plurality of light emitting elements respectively provides a detecting beam to the touch area in different time periods. The processing unit is coupled to the light source module and the at least one optical sensing module. When each of the plurality of light emitting elements provides each of the detection beams, the processing unit controls the at least one optical sensing module to detect a corresponding predetermined region of interest according to the position of each of the detection beams and thereby output a sensing signal.

Optical touch apparatus and optical touch method

An object-sensing apparatus and an object-sensing method are provided. The object-sensing apparatus includes a processing unit, a first body having a first depth recognition module and a second body having a second depth recognition module. A sensing range of the first depth recognition module covers at least a part of the second body. A sensing range of the second depth recognition module covers at least a part of the first body. The sensing ranges of the first and the second depth recognition modules form a virtual sensing space, and the first and the second depth recognition modules generate a plurality of pieces of location information by sensing an object in the virtual sensing space. The processing unit generates spatial location information of the object in the virtual sensing space according to the plurality of pieces of location information.

The control unit identifies a traveling direction of the road and distinguishes at least one object on the road based on the images, and plans a route along the road for the vehicle according to the at least one object, where the vehicle travels along the route. A warning sign is configured in the warning sign placing apparatus and is able to automatically move to a preset position with a preset distance in order to avoid the risk of dangers in a case of manually placing the warning sign.

A positioner is provided for positioning a major optical sensing unit and an auxiliary optical sensing unit on a first screen. The positioner includes a body, and a first mounting hole and a first auxiliary mounting hole are formed on the body, and the first mounting hole and the first auxiliary mounting hole are aligned on a horizontal line, and the first mounting hole has a first pointing direction, the first auxiliary mounting hole has a first auxiliary pointing direction, and the first pointing direction is symmetrical to the first auxiliary pointing direction relative to a vertical line.

Touch display module and positioner thereof

An optical touch system includes two touch devices, two optical sensing devices, and a processing module. When the optical touch system is in use according to an optical touch method, the two touch device are used to touch a touch surface and emit first light and second light with different wavelengths respectively. The two optical sensing devices are disposed at the circumference of the touch surface and individually receive the first light and the second light to generate an optical sensing signal. The processing module receives the two optical sensing signals and determines a touch position on the touch surface for each touch device according to the two optical sensing signals. Therefore, the touching by each touch device is independent, so the optical touch system and the optical touch method can allow touch operations for different purposes to be performed simultaneously.

An optical touch system including an optical touch apparatus and an optical touch stylus is provided. The optical touch apparatus includes a curved operation surface and a plurality of optical sensors. The curved operation surface has a vertex. The optical touch stylus performs a touch operation on the curved operation surface, and has a tip portion for generating a light signal. The optical sensors are arranged on a side of the curved operation surface based on a reference line. The optical sensors are configured to receive the light signal to sense the touch operation of the optical touch stylus performed on the curved operation surface. A surface sag exists between each of the optical sensors and the vertex. A difference between a tip length of the optical touch stylus and a distance of two selected surface sags is not smaller than a region parameter of the optical touch system.

An optical touch device includes a foldable frame assembly, two image sensing units and two light emitting units. The foldable frame assembly comprises a first frame, a second frame, a third frame and a fourth frame. The two image sensing units are disposed on opposite ends of the fourth frame respectively. The two light emitting units are disposed on opposite ends of the fourth frame respectively and adjacent to the two image sensing units respectively. The frames of the foldable frame assembly are pivotally connected to each other such that the frames can rotate with respect to each other so as to be folded or expanded.

An optical touch apparatus including two touch panels, two optical sensing modules, and a rail device is provided. Each touch panel has two lateral sides separated from each other and a touch zone located between the two lateral sides. Each optical sensing module is disposed or near one lateral side of one of the touch panels. The rail device is coupled to the two touch panels, such that two touch panels can slide in parallel along a predetermined direction and can be selectively operated in one of a first touching mode and a second touching mode, and the optical touch apparatus can flexibly change its size of touch zone.

The present disclosure relates to a positioning structure for touch display device and a touch display device. The touch display device comprises a touch glass, at least a positioning structure, and at least an optomechanical module. The positioning structure is used for positioning the optomechanical module to the touch glass. The positioning structure has at least a positioning member, which has a fixing part and a clamping part. The fixing part is clamped to the touch glass; the clamping part is provided for disposing the optomechanical module. The positioning structure according to the present disclosure allows direct assembly of the optomechanical module. In the assembling process, no other jointing means is required. Thereby, assembling easiness and speed can be well improved.

A foldable frame assembly is adapted for an optical touch device. The foldable frame assembly includes a first frame, a second frame and a third frame. The second frame is pivotally connected to a first end of the first frame and the third frame is pivotally connected to a second end of the first frame, wherein the first end is opposite to the second end. The second frame and the third frame can rotate with respect to the first frame so as to be folded or expanded with respect to the first frame.

An optical touch device and a touch detecting method using the same are provided. The optical touch device is suitable for use with a touch surface and includes a control unit and first to fourth optical capturing units. The first to fourth optical capturing units are disposed on a side of the optical touch device close to the touch surface. The first to fourth optical capturing units are respectively disposed at predetermined distances from the touch surface and are disposed based on predetermined angles. A touch covering area of each of the first to fourth optical capturing units is obtained respectively based on the predetermined distance and the predetermined angle. The touch covering area is positively correlated to the predetermined distance. At least one touch point on the touch surface is calculated by the control unit based on optical sensing information captured by the first to fourth optical capturing units.

Optical touch device and touch detecting method using the same

An optical touch system includes two optical sensing modules and a processing module. The optical sensing module includes a mounting base and a light sensing device. The mounting base has an alignment structure and is disposed at a corner of a touch area by aligning the alignment structure with the profile of the corner. The light sensing device is disposed on the mounting base toward the touch area. The processing module receives signals from the two optical sensing modules to generate coordinates relative to a touch performed on the touch area. A touch display system using the optical touch system further includes a displaying device. The processing module of the touch display system also controls the displaying device to display an image on a screen according to the coordinates; therein, the screen thereon defines the touch area.

Optical touch system and touch display system

A multi-touch system is provided. In the multi-touch system, there is a plurality of touch sensing sub-systems. The touch sensing sub-systems are arranged in a touch sensing row in sequence and the touch sensing row has a pair of longitudinal sides opposite to each other and a pair of end sides opposite to each other. A light reflective frame is configured on one of the longitudinal sides and both of the end sides. Each of the touch sensing sub-systems comprises at least two sensors arranged at two corners of the corresponding touch sensing sub-system at one longitudinal side opposite to the other longitudinal side having the light reflective frame arranged thereon. A sensing range of both of the sensor covers the corresponding touch sensing sub-system.
