The present disclosure illustrates a non-contact measurement device for a radius of curvature and a thickness of a lens and a measurement method thereof. The non-contact measurement device utilizes a non-contact probe to integrate a motor, an optical scale and an electronic control module, so as to achieve measurement for the radius of curvature and the thickness of the lens. The present disclosure adopts astigmatism to achieve fast and precise focusing. To overcome the spherical aberration problem, thickness measurement can be implemented by the non-contact measurement device through a formula calculation and utilization of a correction plate, wherein single one probe is used for the measurement herein. For the thicker lens, the non-contact measurement device can be extended to use dual probes, so as to detect the top and bottom sides of the lens.

Non-contact measurement device for radius of curvature and thickness of lens and measurement method thereof

A multi-band spectrum division device is provided, comprising: a first parabolic reflection mirror, planar multi-mirrors, an optical grating and a second parabolic mirror. The first parabolic mirror is configured to reduce the divergent angle of incident optical beam, and to generate a collimated optical beam. The planar multi-mirrors are configured to adjust the incident angles of collimated beam on the grating surface. The grating is configured to disperse the incident signals with multi-wavelengths. The second parabolic mirror is configured to focus the multi-wavelength signals on its focal plane. Besides, each of the planar multi-mirrors has different location and angle in this device.

An auto focus device and method are provided. The device comprises a beam splitter set; a laser emitting device disposed at a first side of the beam splitter set for providing a laser beam to the beam splitter; a lens set disposed at a second side of the beam splitter set and opposing to the testing subject positioned at a third side of the beam splitter set for refracting a reflected beam from a testing subject for generating a light spot; and a photo detecting device disposed with respect to the lens set for receiving the light spot and generating a driving signal.
