The control unit stores a power optimization data sheet that includes multiple power parameter sets, each including a first optimal power and a second optimal power. The control unit is configured to, when operating in a specific mode, select one of the power parameter sets as a selected set, control the fuel cell unit to operate at the first optimal power included in the selected set, control the lithium-ion cell unit to operate at the second optimal power included in the selected set, and control the fuel cell unit and the lithium-ion cell unit to cooperatively output electricity.

A method for distributing power using multiple power sources is performed by a control device electrically connected to multiple rechargeable power units and a load. The control device creates an output power reference table according to multiple power setting values, output power ranges and battery efficiencies of the multiple rechargeable power units. The output power reference table includes the power setting values and power distribution information corresponding to the power setting values. When receiving a consumed power value of the load, the control device selects corresponding power setting value and power distribution information in the output power reference table and controls the multiple rechargeable power units to simultaneously output power to the load according to the power distribution information. By referring to the output power values of all the rechargeable power units and allocating power outputted from all the rechargeable power units, power utilization efficiency can be enhanced.

A relay valve module of a pneumatic brake system for a vehicle includes a relay valve and an actuating unit. A valve body of the relay valve defines therein an air supply chamber in fluid communication with a supply air reservoir, and a delivery chamber in fluid communication with brake cylinders. A valve seat is disposed between the air supply and delivery chambers; and is opened and closed by movement of a valve member that is actuated by a piston slidable relative to the valve body. The actuating unit includes a stem assembly moved by a pressure to press the piston so as to move the valve member, and an actuating assembly electrically connected with an electronic control unit of the vehicle to receive a brake signal therefrom to provide the pressure to the stem assembly.

An energy charge controller for controlling electrical energy of a vehicle includes an estimation module and a control module. The estimation module includes a driver behavior judgment unit, a charge curve adjustment unit and an energy charge evaluation unit. The driver behavior judgment unit is configured to generate and output a driving mode signal. The driving mode signal is evaluated to generate a brake charging target datum by the charge curve adjustment unit. The brake charging target datum and a vehicle speed are evaluated to generate a chargeable braking energy value by the energy charge evaluation unit. The control module is configured to store a plurality of situational conditions, and select and output one of the situational conditions to the vehicle by comparing the chargeable braking energy value and a recoverable storage power value from an energy storage device.

A control parameters adjustment method of an air conditioning system has the following steps: (a) building up a comparison table; (b) determining an objective output power; (c) determining whether there is only one preferred operation point by searching the comparison table; (d) when there is only one preferred operation point, adjusting the control parameters based on the preferred operation point; (e) when there are a plurality of preferred operation points, executing a retrieval procedure for selecting one of the preferred operation points, and adjusting the control parameters based on the selected preferred operation point. The method adjusts the control parameters according to the comparison table for ensuring that the air conditioning system can be operated with the minimum power consumption.

An intelligent thermostatic method for an air conditioner blowing cold and hot air has steps of calculating an estimated thermal load according to an indoor temperature, an outdoor temperature, a configured temperature, a sunlight intensity, and a cooling/heating capacity corresponding to the estimated thermal load; adjusting the air conditioner according to the estimated thermal load and providing an estimated cooling/heating capacity; and determining a difference value between an actual cooling/heating capacity and the estimated cooling/heating capacity and adjusting the air conditioner according to the difference value for thermostatic control. Accordingly, the air conditioner of the present invention has enhanced power utilization efficiency of the air conditioner without having to repeatedly turn on and off the electric compressor of the air conditioner.

Intelligent thermostatic control method and device for an air conditioner blowing cold and hot air

A thermostatic assembly for power members of an electric vehicle includes a pipe set having a main pipe and a recycle pipe, one end of the main pipe connected to one side of the pump, a plurality of temperature-adjusting pipes connected between another end of the main pipe and one end of the recycle pipe, another end of the recycle pipe connected to another side of the pump, a plurality of power members respectively set on the temperature-adjusting pipes, a input change valve set between the main pipe and each temperature-adjusting pipe, a output change valve set between the recycle pipe and each temperature-adjusting pipe, a controller electrically connected to the input change valve, the output change valve and each power member. Under this arrangement, the controller ranks a sequence of the temperature information and defines a sequence of the flow direction of the temperature-adjusting water.

An air conditioning system for a vehicle includes a cabin air conditioning unit, a heat management unit, a temperature detecting unit, a switching unit, and a control unit. The control unit is operable to control operations of the cabin air conditioning unit, the switching unit, and the heat management unit according to temperature detection results from the temperature detecting unit, thereby regulating temperature of at least one of a passenger cabin and a heat generating component, which generates waste heat during operation thereof, of the vehicle.
