A touchpad device includes a substrate, a touch panel, a switch, a balancing assembly, and a triggering member. An inner surface of the touch panel facing the substrate has a central region. The switch is disposed between the substrate and the touch panel and corresponds to the central region. The balancing assembly is disposed between the touch panel and the substrate and includes a first balancing bar, a second balancing bar, a third balancing bar, and a fourth balancing bar. The triggering member has a top portion and a bottom portion, the bottom portion is leaned against end portions of a first swing bar of the first balancing bar, a second swing bar of the second balancing bar, a third swing bar of the third balancing bar, and a fourth swing bar of the fourth balancing bar which are adjacent to the switch, and the top portion contacts the switch.

Touchpad device

A touchpad device includes a substrate, a touch panel, and a balancing assembly. The substrate is provided with an elastic resilient member. The touch panel is disposed above the substrate and has an inner surface, and the inner surface has a first corner, a second corner, a third corner, and a fourth corner. The balancing assembly is disposed between the touch panel and the substrate and includes a first balancing bar, a second balancing bar, a third balancing bar, and a fourth balancing bar. Two ends of the first balancing bar, two ends of the second balancing bar, two ends of the third balancing bar, and two ends of the fourth balancing bar are respectively adjacent to the elastic resilient member and the first corner, the elastic resilient member and the second corner, the elastic resilient member and the third corner, and the elastic resilient member and the fourth corner.

A touchpad device includes a substrate and a touch panel. The substrate includes a main plate, a first limiting plate, and a first flexible member. The main plate has a long side and a short side. The first limiting plate has a first stopping portion, the first flexible member is integrally connected between the long side and the first limiting plate, and the first limiting plate is adjacent to the short side. The touch panel is disposed above the substrate. The touch panel has a bottom surface, a pivot side of the bottom surface is disposed on the main plate, the first limiting plate of the substrate is fixed on the bottom surface and adjacent to a first side of the bottom surface, and the first stopping portion of the first limiting plate protrudes from an edge portion of the first side.

Touchpad device with substrate for restricting swing motion of touch panel

A touchpad device includes a substrate, a touch panel, and a light-curing adhesive film. The substrate includes a top surface, the touch panel is disposed above the top surface of the substrate, and the touch panel includes a touchpad and a circuit board stacked with each other. The light-curing adhesive film is bonded between the touch board and the circuit board, and the light-curing adhesive film is in a cured state.

Touchpad device and manufacturing method thereof

A touchpad device includes a substrate, a circuit board, a connection plate, a resilient member, a triggering member, a first balance bar, a second balance bar, a first swing plate, and a second swing plate. The circuit board is disposed above the substrate and includes a trigger switch. The connection plate has a hollow hole corresponding to the trigger switch. The resilient member is disposed between the substrate and the circuit board. The triggering member corresponds to the hollow hole. The first balance bar is disposed between a first side of the connection plate and the substrate, and the second balance bar is disposed between a second side of the connection plate and the substrate. The swing plates are disposed between the substrate and the circuit board and are pressable to move with respect to the substrate, thereby driving the triggering member to move toward the trigger switch.

A touchpad device includes a bottom board, at least one supporting board, a circuit board, a first extending structure, and a second extending structure. The bottom board is configured to be fixed to a housing. The supporting board is coupled to the bottom board and configured to swing relative to the bottom board. The circuit board is attached to a side of the supporting board away from the bottom board. The first extending structure is disposed on the bottom board and extends toward the supporting board. The second extending structure is disposed on the supporting board and extends toward the bottom board. A touchpad device includes a substrate, a circuit board, a resilient member, an annular plate, a first linkage member, and a second linkage member. The circuit board is disposed above a top surface of the substrate. A touchpad device includes a substrate, a resilient member, a touch panel, and a linkage assembly. The touch panel is disposed above the top surface of the substrate. The resilient member is disposed between the substrate and the touch panel. The linkage assembly is disposed between the substrate and the touch panel. The linkage assembly includes a first flexible plate, a second flexible plate, and a swing plate. The swing plate includes a first outer side and a first inner side. The first outer side and the first inner side are respectively adjacent to one side of the touch panel and the resilient member. The first flexible plate is connected between the first outer side and the touch panel. The second flexible plate is connected between the first inner side and the resilient member.

The present invention discloses a touch pad module, which includes a touch panel, an elastomer and a noise reducing film. The touch panel has a bottom surface. The elastomer is disposed on the bottom surface of the touch panel. The noise reducing film covers the elastomer. The noise reducing film includes a fixing portion, an opening and an elastic arm structure. The fixing portion is disposed on the bottom surface of the touch panel. The opening is located in the fixing portion. The elastic arm structure extends from the fixing portion to an inside of the opening and corresponds to the elastomer. The elastic arm structure includes a suspended portion and a plurality of elastic arms, and the elastic arms extend from the suspended portion to the fixing portion.

Touch pad module

The present invention discloses a touch pad module, which includes a touch panel, a frame and a linkage assembly. The frame is disposed under the touch panel. The linkage assembly is disposed between the touch panel and the frame. The linkage assembly includes an elastic plate and supporting plate. The elastic plate has a first portion, a second portion and a third portion. The second portion is located between the first portion and the third portion, the first portion is connected to the touch panel, and the third portion is connected to the frame. The supporting plate is correspondingly disposed on the second portion of the elastic plate.

A sinkable keyboard device includes a substrate, keycaps, a slide plate, and a driving member. The keycaps are above the substrate and capable of lifting and sinking. Each keycap is provided with a first guide member. The slide plate is below and in parallel with the substrate. The slide plate includes a long side and a short side connected to the long side. The slide plate is provided with second guide members respectively corresponding to the first guide members. The driving member is on the short side of the slide plate. The driving member includes a driving motor. The driving motor drives the slide plate to slide relative to the substrate along the long side to make the second guide members respectively against the first guide members to drive the keycaps to relatively sink.

Sinkable keyboard device

A keyboard device includes a substrate, a connection hook, a keycap, and a connecting member. The substrate has a top surface including an assembly area. The connection hook is disposed on the assembly area and includes a fixed seat fixed on the substrate, a standing portion, and a reinforcement block. The standing portion is extending from the fixed seat and extending in a direction away from the fixed seat. A hook portion is laterally extending from a top end of the standing portion, the hook portion has a bottom edge. The reinforcement block is connected to the standing portion and the bottom edge. The keycap is disposed on the assembly area. The connecting member is connected between the keycap and the assembly area. The connecting member includes a shaft slidably pivoted at the bottom edge. An inner side of the shaft includes an avoidance groove corresponding to the reinforcement block.

Keyboard device

A keyboard device includes a substrate, a membrane circuit board, a flexible printed circuit board, a first fixing board, and a second fixing board. The substrate includes a top surface, a bottom surface, and a side edge. The substrate further includes an offset protrusion protruding from the top surface and forms a recessed area on the bottom surface. The membrane circuit board is disposed on the top surface. The membrane circuit board includes an outlet area correspondingly disposed on the offset protrusion. The flexible printed circuit board is disposed on the bottom surface. The flexible printed circuit board includes a fixed portion, a folded portion, and an electrical connection end. The fixed portion is received in the recessed area. The first fixing board is correspondingly disposed on the offset protrusion. The second fixing board is correspondingly received in the recessed area and assembled with the first fixing board.

A keyboard device includes a substrate, keycaps, and a frame. The substrate has a top surface and a bottom surface and includes a welding-fixing portion. The welding-fixing portion includes a through hole and an arch-shaped bridge member. The arch-shaped bridge member is connected in the through hole and divides the through hole into partition holes. The arch-shaped bridge member has an arch portion and bridge bases. The arch portion protrudes from the top surface to form a recessed portion. The frame is disposed on the top surface and includes hollow holes respectively corresponding to the keycaps. The frame includes a welding member, and the welding member includes welding posts and a welding-fixing base. The welding posts respectively pass through spaces between the edge portion of the through hole and the arch-shaped bridge member. The welding-fixing base is received and fixed in the through hole and the recessed portion.

A sinkable keyboard device includes a substrate, a first keycap, a second keycap, and a sliding plate. The substrate has an upper surface. The first keycap is liftably disposed on the upper surface and includes a first abutting portion. The second keycap is liftably disposed on the upper surface and includes a second abutting portion. The sliding plate is parallel to the substrate and movable relative to the upper surface along a sliding direction. The sliding plate includes a first guiding member and a second guiding member arranged along the sliding direction. The first guiding member has a first inclined guiding surface, and a first inclined angle is between the first inclined guiding surface and the upper surface. The second guiding member has a second inclined guiding surface, and a second inclined angle different from the first inclined angle is between the second inclined guiding surface and the upper surface.
