An electronic device is provided and includes a circuit board and a casing. The circuit board includes a plate body, a perforation and a ground wire. The perforation penetrates through the plate body, the ground wire is electrically coupled with the plate body and crosses over the perforation. The casing includes a bottom plate and a clamping structure. The clamping structure is disposed on the bottom plate and includes a first clamping part and a second clamping part. The circuit board is disposed in the casing, and the clamping structure penetrates through the plate body through the perforation, so that the circuit board is positioned on the casing, and the ground wire is clamped by the first clamping part and the second clamping part of the clamping structure. Consequently, the circuit board is grounded with the casing.

Power supply

A hanging grounded structure is disclosed and includes a housing, a recessed portion and a hanging groove. The housing includes an opening facing a first direction and a lateral wall extended along a second direction. The lateral wall has a top edge located at a periphery of the opening. The recessed portion is recessed inwardly on the lateral wall. The hanging groove is disposed on the lateral wall and located in the recessed portion. A grounded wire is hung on the housing through the hanging groove. The hanging groove includes a starting point located at the top edge and an ending point. A curved path is formed from the starting point to the ending point. The grounded wire is hung from an interior of the housing. An end of the grounded wire is disposed in the recessed portion through the hanging groove.

Hanging grounded structure

A waterproof casing for packaging a circuit board is provided. The circuit board comprises an antenna. The waterproof casing comprises a metallic casing, a non-metallic end cover and a sealing gasket. The metallic casing comprises an accommodation space and a side opening in communication with each other. The accommodation space is configured to accommodate the circuit board. The antenna is adjacent to the side opening. The non-metallic end cover covers the side opening and combined with the metallic casing to form a sealed box. The non-metallic end cover comprises a ring-shaped install portion disposed on a surface thereof and extending outwardly from the surface. The ring-shaped install portion is disposed in the accommodation space as the non-metallic end cover covers the side opening. The sealing gasket is disposed around the ring-shaped install portion. A joint between the metallic casing and the non-metallic end cover is sealed by the sealing gasket.

Waterproof casing

A waterproof casing for packaging a circuit board having an antenna includes a housing, a waterproof gasket, and an end cover. The housing has an accommodation space and a side opening communicating with each other. The accommodation space is configured to accommodate the circuit board. The waterproof gasket includes a main body and an extending portion. The main body covers the side opening. The extending portion extends from the main body. The end cover abuts against a side of the main body away from the accommodation space, and is fixed to the housing to form a box with the housing. The box has a communication opening positioned corresponding to the antenna. The extending portion hermetically covers the communication opening.

Waterproof casing of outdoor wireless electronic device

A power supply device with PCB-positioning features includes a casing, a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) and at least one pair of slots. The casing defines an accommodating space and has at least one opening. The PCB is disposed in the accommodating space and has electronic elements thereon. The at least one pair of slots is disposed at inner walls of the casing for positioning the PCB. A gel-fillable channel is defined between the electronic elements and the inner walls of the casing.

Power supply device with PCB positioning function and method for manufacturing the same

A light-emitting diode driver is provided, including a housing, a plate, a wireless coil, and at least one electronic member. An opening is formed on a lateral wall of the housing. The plate is detachably connected to the housing, so as to cover the opening. The plate includes a first side, a first guiding slot formed on the first side, a second side opposite the first side, a second guiding slot formed on the second side, and a bottom side adjacent to a bottom plate of the housing. At least a portion of the lateral wall is accommodated in the first and second guiding slots. The wireless coil is disposed in the housing and adjacent to the plate. The electronic member is disposed in the housing and electrically connected to the wireless coil. The housing and the plate are respectively made of metal and non-metal materials.

The sealing sheet is at least partially disposed between the housing and the top cover. The filling member is disposed between the housing and the sealing sheet.

Power supply and method for assembling power supply

An external structure of an outdoor electronic apparatus for packaging a circuit board having a power line is provided. The external structure includes a housing having an opening and a waterproof gasket. The waterproof gasket includes a main body, a platform portion, a first protrusion, and a bushing portion. The main body covers the opening. The platform portion, located at the inner side of the main body, extends into the housing from the opening. The platform portion seals the opening and tightly fits with the housing. The first protrusion is located on the platform portion for abutting against the circuit board. The bushing portion, located at the outer side of the main body, has a channel. The channel passes through the main body and the platform portion and can be passed through by the power line. The bushing portion and the power line tightly fit to each other.

A power supply apparatus is provided. The power supply apparatus includes a housing, an AC inlet for accepting an AC power supply, a circuit board for converting the AC power supply into a DC power supply, a power cord for transferring the DC power supply to an electrical appliance and having a first end electrically connected to the circuit board, a first plate detachably connected to a first surface of the housing, a second plate detachably connected to a second surface of the housing, the second plate being opposite to the first plate, and a locking element disposed in the vicinity of a second end of the power cord, wherein the power cord is wound around the housing and between the first plate and the second plate so as to secure the power cord for storage.
