An impeller includes a hub and a plurality of blades. The blades are disposed around an outer periphery of the hub. Each of the blades includes a connecting end, a sweep-back part and a sweep-forward part. The connecting end is coupled with the hub. The sweep-back part is disposed at an edge of the blade and extended from the connecting end. An extending direction of the sweep-back part is opposed to a rotating direction of the impeller. The sweep-forward part is extended from the sweep-back part. An extending direction of the sweep-forward part is the same as the rotating direction of the impeller.

Waterproof motor

An air-extracting type heat dissipating apparatus includes a frame, a fan body, a plurality of air-inhaling holes and a plurality of air-exhaling holes. The side portion of the frame has an accommodating space. The fan body is disposed in the frame and has a first side and a second side. The air-inhaling holes are disposed on the side portion of the frame in corresponding to the accommodating space. The air-exhaling holes are disposed on the frame and located on the second side. An air is inhaled into the accommodating space through the air-inhaling holes, and exhaled to the first side through the air-exhaling holes, and then it is exhaled to the second side by the fan body.

Air-extracting type heat dissipating apparatus

An airflow passage structure is applied to a fan. The airflow passage structure includes a sidewall and an airflow channel. The sidewall has uneven thickness. The airflow channel is defined by an inner surface of the sidewall, and includes a channel entrance and a channel exit. The channel exit is in communication with an airflow inlet of the fan. The diameter of the airflow channel is non-uniformly distributed.

Fan assembly and airflow passage structure thereof

A fan device includes an impeller, a motor, a fan frame, a circuit board and a covering member. The motor is used for driving rotation of the impeller. The fan frame includes an axial-flow channel for accommodating the impeller and the motor and includes a receptacle. The receptacle is defined by two airflow inlet/outlet plates, one channel wall and two lateral plates. The circuit board is accommodated within the receptacle. The covering member is used for sheltering the receptacle.

Fan device

A fan includes an impeller and an inner rotor motor. The inner rotor motor connects to the impeller and drives it to rotate. The inner rotor motor includes a bushing, a shaft, a magnetic conducting shell, a magnetic element and a stator. The shaft passes through the bushing and is coupled to the impeller. The magnetic conducting shell is coupled to the shaft and telescoped to the bushing. The magnetic element is disposed around outside of the magnetic conducting shell. The stator is disposed around outside of the magnetic element.

Fan and inner rotor motor thereof

A fan includes a frame, a motor, a hub and several blades surrounding around the hub. The frame includes a motor base, and the motor is disposed on the motor base and inside of the frame. The motor includes a bushing, a bearing, a shaft and at least one silicon steel sheet. The bushing has an internal wall, an external wall, and a hollow portion disposed between the internal wall and the external wall. The bushing is molded as a single piece and is unitary in construction. The bearing is disposed within the bushing, the shaft passes through the bearing, and the hub is connected with the shaft. The silicon steel sheet is disposed around the bushing.

The present invention provides fan with an inrunner motor. The fan includes a fan frame, a rotor and a stator. The fan frame includes a base. The rotor includes a hub, a bushing and a magnetic member, wherein the magnetic member sleeves on the bushing. The stator is disposed on the base and coupled with the rotor, and the stator includes a shaft through the bushing, wherein an end of the shaft is fixed on the base.

A fan includes a frame, a motor and an impeller. The motor is disposed on the frame and coupled to the impeller to drive the impeller to rotate. The impeller includes a hub, a plurality of blades and an air exhausting structure. The hub has an opening formed on a top portion of the hub. The blades are disposed around the hub. The air exhausting structure is disposed in the opening for discharging hot airs generated by the motor out of the hub.

A fan includes a frame, a stator and a rotor. The stator is disposed in the frame, and the rotor is disposed in the frame and coupled with the stator. The rotor includes a connecting element, an impeller and a shaft. The connecting element has a flange. The impeller is disposed on a periphery of the connecting element. A dual motor structure of a dual fan includes a first stator structure, a first rotor structure, a first bearing, a second stator structure, a second rotor structure and a second bearing. The first stator structure has a first bearing tube. The first rotor structure has a first shaft inserted into the first bearing tube. The first bearing is telescope onto the first shaft, and is mounted in the first bearing tube. The second stator structure has a second bearing tube. The second rotor structure has a second shaft inserted into the second bearing tube. The second bearing is telescope onto the second shaft, and is mounted in the second bearing tube. The first shaft is positioned corresponding to the second shaft to generate a magnetic interaction therebetween.

Dual fan and dual motor structure thereof

An impeller includes a hub and at least one blade. In this case, the hub has at least one balancing portion disposed on hub and arranged with respect to a center of the hub. The balancing portion has at least one corner. The blades are disposed around the hub. In addition, a fan including the impeller is also provided. The impeller and the fan can enhance the rotation stability. As a result, the product reliability and lifetime can be increased. Furthermore, the impeller and the fan facilitate the balancing object to be separated from the tool at the corner.

A heat dissipation device and a blade structure thereof are employed to increase input air volume, A new impeller, mounted on the driving means, includes a hub and a plurality of rotor blades arranged around the hub. Preferably, the inner side of each rotor blades extends to a top surface and side surface of the hub. An upper edge of the rotor blades can extend axially beyond the top surface of the hub in the air inlet end for increasing the intake airflow by introducing the side airflow through the space defined between the inner edges of the plurality of rotor blades and the top surface of the hub.
