A liquid-cooling plate for a CPU, includes a circulating liquid-cooling main body, a peripheral frame, a base and a liquid accumulation reservoir. The base has a central portion and a peripheral portion surrounding the central portion. A step is formed between the central portion and the peripheral portion so that the central portion is raised over the peripheral portion. The central portion defines an interior space and has a cover and two faucets. The interior space is adapted to accommodate the circulating liquid-cooling main body, and the cover closes the interior space. The two faucets are located above the cover and communicate with the circulating liquid-cooling main body. The liquid accumulation reservoir is located external to the central portion and is adapted to contain a liquid leaked from the faucets. By integrating the liquid accumulation reservoir in the liquid-cooling plate, an effective saving in an interior space of a server is resulted.

A test card and a test display adapter are disclosed. The test card includes an assembling plate and an electrical heat source. The electrical heat source is provided on the assembling plate. The electrical heat source includes a first heat transfer plate, a second heat transfer plate and at least one heat source element. The first heat transfer plate is stacked on the assembling plate, and the second heat transfer plate is laminated over the first heat transfer plate, with the heat source element being sandwiched between the first and second heat transfer plates. The test card and the test display adapter have a wide variety of advantages including very low cost, easy material availability, a short wait time, easy manufacturability, a long service life, easy modifiability and good interoperability.

The present disclosure provides a liquid cooling seal box, a box cover thereof, and an in-vehicle cooling system. The liquid cooling seal box includes a sealed heat conduction box body, an inner cavity of the heat conduction box body includes a heating device and an insulating liquid in which the heating device is immersed, the insulating liquid absorbs heat of the heating device and vaporizes, vaporized steam rises to the top of the inner cavity of the heat conduction box body to be cooled and liquefied, and a liquefied insulating liquid falls back into the insulating liquid at the bottom of the inner cavity. The liquid cooling seal box of the present disclosure resolves problems of reliability, harsh environment, balance of volume and computation power, etc., is suitable for an in-vehicle system, and may implement stable and reliable running of a server in an in-vehicle environment.

The present disclosure provides a cooling casing and a cooling device applied to a vehicle and an in-vehicle server. The cooling device applied to the in-vehicle server includes: a first housing and a second housing, an accommodating cavity is formed between the first housing and the second housing; and a cooling duct, the cooling duct being spirally disposed in the accommodating cavity, two ends of the cooling duct are connected to an external cooling system, and the cooling duct is filled with cooling liquid. The present disclosure is simple in structure and low in costs, and can effectively resolve the heat dissipation problem of the in-vehicle server.
