A method and a device for crop canopy chlorophyll fluorescence three-dimensional distribution information acquisition are provided. The device includes a Cropobserver canopy chlorophyll fluorescence detection device, a 3D camera and a computer system. The 3D camera is connected to the computer system, Visual studio 2017 and MATLAB 2018 are run in the computer system, and the Visual studio 2017 calls a point cloud library and a computer vision library to realize three-dimensional visualization of chlorophyll fluorescence information of crops to be tested. By means of the new method and the new device, the problem of incompleteness of the two-dimensional chlorophyll fluorescence information distribution acquired is solved, overall 3D visual distribution of crop canopy chlorophyll fluorescence distribution is realized, and important technical support is provided for acquisition and research of three-dimensional visual distribution information of chlorophyll fluorescence of the whole crop canopy.

A device for measuring the internal temperature of heap fermentation includes an infrared thermal imaging camera, a distance detection camera, and a controller. The infrared thermal imaging camera obtains a temperature distribution image of a surface of a fermentation heap. The distance detection camera obtains a distance between the surface of the fermentation heap and the distance detection camera. The controller matches the temperature distribution image of the surface of the fermentation heap with the distance between the surface of the fermentation heap and the distance detection camera, performs semantic segmentation on the image after matching is completed, extracts a three-dimensional (3D) contour temperature map of the surface of the fermentation heap, corrects a surface temperature of the fermentation heap, and predicts an estimated internal temperature of the fermentation heap, such that the internal temperature of the fermentation heap is effectively and accurately predicted.

Micro-nano textured graphene-based bionic pH sensor and preparation method therefor

The invention presents technology for elevated cultivation comprising an automatic paver and man-machine collaboration matrix control method in the field of agricultural equipment. The substrate auto-paver for the table-top culture machine is mainly composed of a moving car, a matrix and a matrix-packing mechanism, the substrate material in the cabinet, an evenly paving mechanism that realizes double-sided blanking, and a remote control. The manual push-pull arm is employed to ensure that the return wheel touches the ground, using the matrix agencies to van automatically. The remote control is used to move the car into the elevated inter-row cultivation bed, and then, the double-sided blanking and evenly paving mechanism is automatically activated until the track wheel falls into the slot on the skeleton. By means of the bending type of chain transmission mechanism, the soilless culture substrates are automatically conveyed owing to the bilateral symmetry of blanking trough. A moving trolley drives the stirring device along the elevated bed. Thus, an evenly mixed matrix is obtained for cultivation in the tank. A rubber band, which is fixed on the back board of the stirring device, makes the matrix flat and level. The challenges of substrate packing, transportation, and mobile paving are being solved through collaboration between many institutions and by means of some artificial automatic intervention, which can help realize good adaptability and convenient handling.

Existing wind machines for plant frost protection only rely on critical damage temperature or wind speed as a condition to start. If there is no thermal inversion, operation of the wind machine will aggravate freezing injury to plants. If the strength of thermal inversion is weak, the effect will be minimal. The feature of this invention is that when temperature at the plant canopy is lower than the critical damage temperature of a certain plant and temperature difference between the top and bottom of the thermal inversion layers exceeds set threshold, wind machine will start automatically. Otherwise it will remain off. The control apparatus mainly consists of sensorat the top of thermal inversion layer, sensorat bottom of thermal inversion layer, and controller. This invention of the control of frost protection wind machine ensures rational and effective operation and avoids aggravated freezing risk due to misuse of energy and incorrect operation.
