A circuit board assembly (), comprising a first circuit board () and a second circuit board () which are electrically connected with each other, and a monolithic substrate () configured for supporting a power component and comprising a first contact surface () that is fixedly connected to and forms a thermal contact with the second circuit board (), the circuit board assembly being characterized in that, the substrate () further comprises a second contact surface () that is fixedly connected to the first circuit board () and forms a thermal contact with the first circuit board () so that the substrate functions as an extension of the first circuit board to support the second circuit board. A radio unit comprising a circuit board assembly () is also disclosed.

Circuit board assembly and radio unit comprising the same

The present disclosure provides a printed circuit board with a plated through hole. The through hole covered by a solder pad at both ends of the through hole. At least two pins are plugged into the through hole, one of which with its head end being thermal contacted with one of the solder pads. Another pin's head end being thermal contacted with the other solder pad. The at least two pins are thermal contacted with one another. Thermal dissipation rate is increased with the structure of the through hole.

Printed circuit board

A board connector used in a printed circuit board assembly and includes a shell, a pin and an elastic member. The shell has a chamber therein and a hole on a surface thereof. The pin is configured to accommodate in the chamber, wherein at least one part of the pin protrudes out of the shell via the hole. The elastic member is configured to locate in the chamber. The pin is located between the surface of the shell and the elastic member.

Printed circuit board assembly

A vent filter and a Radio Remote Unit having the vent filter. The vent filter includes a first member including a first body having a ventilation path extending through the first body, an inner wall constituting a ventilation hole which is communicated with the ventilation path, and an outer wall constituting a gap between the inner wall and the outer wall. The vent filter also includes a second member including a second body and at least one enclosure wall protruding out from the second body, wherein at least one of the at least one enclosure wall is located outside the outer wall and surrounding the outer wall. Both the inner and outer walls have at least one first groove at an end and each of the at least one enclosure wall has at least one second groove at an end.
