This application relates to the field of communication technologies, and discloses a method and an apparatus for determining a link for forwarding a service flow, and a storage medium. A first forwarding device obtains identification information of a first service flow; and determines, based on the identification information of the first service flow, a link bandwidth matrix, and link statuses respectively corresponding to N links, a first link for forwarding the first service flow. A hash operation does not need to be performed based on a device identifier of each forwarding device, and a specific forwarding device that performs forwarding does not need to be determined by comparing a plurality of hash values.

A control plane (CP) device switching method includes that when a user plane (UP) device in a forwarding-control separation system detects that performance of communication between the UP device and an active CP device does not meet a normal communication condition, and performance of communication between the UP device and a standby CP device meets the normal communication condition, the UP device sends a switching request to the standby CP device. When detecting that a quantity of UP devices that each send the switching request is greater than or equal to a first quantity threshold, the standby CP device may indicate each UP device in the forwarding-control separation system to switch to the standby CP device.

The bandwidth allocation method includes: obtaining traffic of a member port belonging to a binding link (); and allocating corresponding bandwidth to the member port according to total bandwidth of a centralized scheduler and the traffic of the member port (). By allocating the bandwidth to the member port belonging to the binding link through the centralized scheduler, the bandwidth may be flexibly allocated to the member port according to the traffic of the member port, so that not only the accuracy of allocating the bandwidth to the member port is ensured, but also bandwidth resources on the binding link are saved.
