A calibration device is provided for a weighing system that has a tank with a plurality of support legs at a lower part thereof. The calibration device has at least one calibration module, a hydraulic system and a calibration terminal. An upper end of each calibration module is connected to an upper part of a corresponding support leg. A lower end of each calibration module is fixed to a foundation. A hose connects each calibration module to the hydraulic system for applying a force to the tank. The calibration terminal, connected to each calibration module, displays in real-time, the force applied to the tank. The calibration device can greatly improve the production efficiency, and in use, takes only two hours to complete the calibration, which is faster than the test weight and other calibration methods.

Calibration device for weighing system

An integrated high-precision weighing module has a shell, an electromagnetic force sensor, a printed circuit board (PCB), a weighing pan component, a support ring, and an air baffle ring. The electromagnetic force sensor and the PCB are mounted in the shell. A bearing head of the electromagnetic force sensor extends upward from an upper end portion of the shell. The support ring sheathes the bearing head. The weighing pan component is mounted on the bearing head, with the support ring located between the weighing pan component and the shell. The air baffle ring is disposed around the weighing pan component and located on the support ring. A first airflow channel is formed among the shell, the support ring, and the air baffle ring. At least part of airflow in the shell flows to the outside through the first airflow channel.

High-precision weighing module with reduced thermal gradient

A high-capacity weighing module has a top plate weldment (), a bottom plate weldment () and a pressure-bearing assembly () that is between the top and bottom plate weldments. Motion between the respective top and bottom plate weldments is restricted. This structure aids in easy installation and replacement of a sensor, and integrates the functions of anti-overturning and 360&#xb0; inspection, and bottom stop. This makes the weighing module much more convenient to install than a conventional high-capacity module, and has a better safety function. The weighing module has advantage in terms of a simplified product structure, reduced cost of manufacture and maintenance, uncomplicated installation procedure, and higher safety and protection.

High-capacity weighing module

A weigh module () comprises a load cell (), a supporting member (), a connecting member () and a sealing member (). The supporting member () comprises a receiving hole () extending vertically and thoroughly. The connecting member () comprises a fixing end () fixed to the load cell () and a limiting end () extending into the receiving hole (). The limiting end () is configured to prevent the supporting member () from getting rid of the connecting member (). The sealing member () comprises a first end () fixed to the supporting member (), a second end () fixed to the load cell () and a raised portion ().

Weigh module with supporting member

A weigh module () comprises a load cell (), a supporting member () and a guiding arrangement. The supporting member () comprises a receiving hole () extending vertically and through the supporting member (). The guiding arrangement comprises a connecting member () and two parallel inner faces () defined in the receiving hole (). One end of the connecting member () is fixed to the load cell () and another end of the connecting member () extends into the receiving hole (). The connecting member () cooperates with the two inner faces () whereby the supporting member () can substantially move in a direction parallel with the inner faces ().

Weigh module with guiding arrangement

A weigh module () comprises a load cell (), a supporting member () and a load transmitting arrangement (). The supporting member () comprises a receiving hole () extending vertically and thoroughly. The load transmitting arrangement () comprises a connecting member (), a bearing member () and a rolling ball (). The connecting member () connects the load cell () to the supporting member (). One end of the connecting member () is fixed to the load cell () and another end of the connecting member () extends into the receiving hole (). The bearing member () is disposed in the receiving hole () and is fixed to the supporting member (). The rolling ball () is disposed between the bearing member () and the connecting member (), whereby the force applied on the supporting member () can be transferred to the load cell () via the bearing member (), the rolling ball () and the connecting member ().
