An inductor device includes an 8-shaped inductor and a ring-type wire. The ring-type wire is disposed around an outer side of the 8-shaped inductor. The 8-shaped inductor includes an input terminal and a center-tapped terminal. The input terminal of the 8-shaped inductor is located on a first side of the inductor device, and the center-tapped terminal is located on a second side of the inductor device. The ring-type wire includes an input terminal and a ground terminal. The input terminal of the ring-type wire is located on the first side of the inductor device, and the ground terminal is located on the second side of the inductor device. The input terminal of the ring-type wire is coupled to the input terminal of the 8-shaped inductor.

Inductor device and control method thereof

An oscillation circuit including an amplifier, a feedback resistor and a first switch circuit is provided. The amplifier inverts and amplifies an oscillation signal received from an input terminal thereof to provide an output oscillation signal at an output terminal thereof. The feedback resistor is coupled between the input terminal and the output terminal, and coupled with the first switch circuit in parallel. The first switch circuit conducts the input terminal to the output terminal in one of the following situations: (1) an input voltage of the oscillation signal is higher than an output voltage of the output oscillation signal by at least a first threshold value; and (2) the output voltage is higher than the input voltage by at least a second threshold value. The first switch circuit has a first on-state resistance smaller than a resistance of the feedback resistor.

Oscillation circuit and method of automatic duty cycle calibration

An oscillating signal generator circuit includes an oscillator circuit, a feedback circuit, and a voltage regulator circuit. The oscillator circuit is configured to generate a first and second oscillating signal at a first and second output terminal according to a first reference voltage. The first and second oscillating signals are a differential pair of signals. The oscillator circuit includes a common mode sensing circuit coupled between the first and second output terminals. The common mode sensing circuit is configured to sense a common mode component of the first and second oscillating signals so as to generate a sense voltage. The feedback circuit, coupled to the common mode sensing circuit, is configured to generate a feedback voltage according to the sense voltage. The voltage regulator circuit is coupled to the oscillator circuit and the feedback circuit, and configured to regulate a supply voltage so as to generate the first reference voltage.

Oscillating signal generator circuit

A filtering circuit includes a filter, a frequency divider, and a control circuit. The filter is configured to generate a first oscillating signal according to a control signal in a first mode, and perform a filtering process according to the control signal in a second mode. A frequency of the first oscillating signal is determined according to the control signal. The frequency divider is coupled to the filter and configured to divide the frequency of the first oscillating signal to generate a frequency-divided signal. The control circuit is coupled to the filter and the frequency divider, and configured to compare a frequency of the frequency-divided signal and a frequency of a second oscillating signal so as to adjust the control signal in the first mode. A center frequency of a passband of the filter in the second mode is determined according to the adjusted control signal.

Oscillating signal generator and filter circuit

A power amplifying system includes a voltage control oscillator (VCO), a frequency divider, a mixer and an adding amplifier. The VCO is configured to provide an input signal having a frequency that is a non-integer multiple of a predetermined frequency. The frequency divider is coupled to the VCO, and configured to receive the input signal and perform frequency division upon the input signal to respectively generate an in-phase signal and a quadrature signal corresponding to the input signal. The mixer is coupled to the VCO and the frequency divider, and configured to mix the input signal transmitted from the VCO and the in-phase signal transmitted from the frequency divider to output a mixed signal. The adding amplifier is coupled to the mixer and the frequency divider, and configured to integrate the mixed signal and the quadrature signal to generate an output signal having the predetermined frequency.
