Disclosed is a touch control device having a substrate, a first touch-sensing electrode layer, a second touch-sensing electrode layer, a first insulating layer, a second insulating layer, and a circuit layer. The substrate includes a first region and a second region. The first and second touch-sensing electrode layers are located in the first region. The first insulating layer is located between the first and second touch-sensing electrode layers. The second insulating layer is disposed on the first insulating layer and the second touch-sensing electrode layer. The first region and a portion of the second region are covered by the second insulating layer. The circuit layer is located in the second region and has a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is in direct contact with the substrate. The second portion partially covers the first or the second touch-sensing electrode layer to form a contact area.

Touch control device

A touch panel defines a touch area and a reduced border area surrounding the touch area. The touch panel includes a substrate, a first conductive layer on the substrate, an insulating layer on the substrate and covering the first conductive layer, and a second conductive layer on the insulating layer. The second conductive layer includes first electrodes and strings of second electrodes in the touch area, each string of second electrodes extending in a first direction. The first conductive layer is conductive but almost opaque. The first conductive layer includes a decorative portion in the border area and first bridge portions in the touch area. Each first bridge portion is electrically coupled between adjacent two first electrodes in a second direction that intersects with the first direction. The decorative portion is configured to release static electricity and shield the border area.

Touch panel, touch display panel using same, and method for making same

A manufacturing method of a single type touch panel structure includes steps as follows. A transparent metal oxide layer is configured on a substrate. The transparent metal oxide layer is patterned to form a first electrode pattern on the substrate. A transferable transparent conductive film is thermally laminated onto the first electrode pattern so that a photo sensitive layer is sandwiched between the transparent metal oxide layer and a transparent conductive coating layer. The transferable transparent conductive film is patterned for mutually forming a second electrode pattern on the transparent conductive coating layer and one surface of the photo sensitive layer adjoining the transparent conductive coating layer.

Single type touch panel structure and manufacturing method of the same

A touch panel embedded in an electronic device defines a display region and a non-display region. The touch panel includes a cover and a touch sensing layer bonded on the cover. The touch sensing layer includes a substrate, a touch sensor disposed on the substrate in the display region, a peripheral circuit structure disposed on the substrate in the non-display region, and a decoration layer. The peripheral circuit structure is electrically connected with the touch sensor for receiving signals from the touch sensor. The decoration layer is disposed in the touch sensing layer.

Touch panel, electronic device with same, and method for fabricating same

A touch panel for narrowing bezel region and a touch display device using the same is disclosed. The touch panel includes a first transparent substrate, a first conduction layer, a transparent optical glue layer, a second transparent substrate and a second conduction layer from bottom to top. A bezel region of the first transparent substrate is provided with first conduction pads respectively connected with second conduction pads respectively through first conduction wires. The second transparent substrate is provided with third conduction pads. The second transparent substrate is penetrated with penetrating holes respectively arranged over the second conduction pads and respectively neighboring the third conduction pads. A third conduction layer is arranged on the third conduction pads and fills the penetrating holes. The second conduction pads are respectively connected with the third conduction pads through the third conduction layer in the penetrating holes.
