The method comprises receiving a first login request from a first device used by a user, the request being associated with a first anonymous identifier associated with the first device, and determining a user tag for the user, that does not include any personally identifiable information associated with the user. The method further comprises receiving a second login request from a second different device used by the user, the request being associated with a second different anonymous identifier associated with the second different device, and storing an association between the user tag, the first anonymous identifier and the second different anonymous identifier. The method further comprises receiving a request for content from either the first or second different device and providing content in response to the request using the association.

The method further comprises determining a social influence score for the particular content publisher and identifying one or more offers associated with content, where each offer is based at least in part on a specification by a content sponsor of at least a minimum social influence score for a given impression. The method further comprises providing a content item based on the one or more identified offers.

Methods and systems for reporting mobile application conversions are provided. The methods and systems described herein enable a producer of a mobile app to facilitate the transmission of action notifications to a plurality of mobile advertising networks through the transmission of a single action notification to an action reporting system. Providing content based on previously determined device locations

Systems and methods include retrieving data indicative of a sequence of content that were previously selected for presentation by a mobile device based in part on physical locations of the mobile device. The sequence of selected content may be used with the current location of the mobile device to determine a likelihood score for a piece of content. Based on the likelihood score, the piece of content may be selected and provided to the mobile device for presentation.
