Provided is an array substrate, including a sequence controller and gate drivers, and each of the gate drivers includes a first adjustable resistor and a gate drive unit, and one end of the first adjustable resistor is coupled to a first voltage, and the other end of the first adjustable resistor is coupled to a first input end of the gate drive unit, and the sequence controller is coupled to a control end of the first adjustable resistor to adjust a resistance value of the first adjustable resistor to make voltage difference values among the gate drive units in a preset range. In the gate driver, a first adjustable resistor is added between the first voltage and the gate drive unit. By controlling the resistance value of the first adjustable resistor, the voltages of the adjacent gate drivers are the same to prevent the appearance of the horizontal boundary.

The present disclosure relates to an array substrate for enhancing gate driver on array (GOA) reliability. The array substrate includes dual and adjacent VSS traces in a rim. The VSS traces include a first VSS trace and a second VSS trace, and 2n number of regulation capacitors are configured between the CF_COM trace and the second VSS trace via metal material in different layers. Alternatively, a single third VSS trace is configured between the GOA circuit and the CF_COM in the active display area (AA), and 2n number of regulation capacitors are configured between the CF_COM trace and the third VSS trace via metal material in different layers. The array substrate may be adopted in the mass production of the TFT display panels.

The invention provides a display circuit and a LCD having the display circuit. The display circuit includes a display unit, a level shifter, a timer controller, and scanning circuits. Each scanning circuit includes a first voltage stabilizing circuit including first and second field effect transistors. Source electrodes of the two transistors are connected to the level shifter. The scanning circuits send a first group of scanning signals to the display unit in sequence in a first period of time, and send a second group of scanning signals to the display unit in sequence in a second period of time. The timer controller sends a control signal to the level shifter in a time difference between the two groups of signals. The level shifter converts the control signal to a high level signal and sends it to the two transistors to enable the two transistors to be under reverse bias.
