A reflector is applied to an illumination device and includes a reflection layer and a homogenization layer. The reflection layer is used to reflect an illumination beam passing into the reflector. The homogenization layer is disposed on the reflection layer. The homogenization layer includes packaging material and a plurality of homogenization particles. The plurality of homogenization particles is distributed inside the packaging material, and can be made of at least one of transparent material and opaque material. An illumination range of the illumination beam is enlarged by optical refraction and optical reflection provided by the plurality of homogenization particles of the homogenization layer.

A laser projector includes a light combining device, a light splitting system, a plurality of light valves, and a beam combiner. The light combining device is for emitting an illumination beam. The light splitting system is for receiving the illumination beam to generate a plurality of color beams. The plurality of light valves is for receiving and modulating the plurality of color beams to generate modulated color beams. The beam combiner is for combining the modulated color beams to form a multi-color image.

Laser projector with reduced optical elements and improved power efficiency

A laser projector includes a laser light source, a first dichroic mirror, a second dichroic mirror, three light valves and a beam combining module. The laser light source is used to generate a composite polarized beam. The first dichroic mirror is used to receive the composite polarized beam, and separate the composite polarized beam into a first color beam and a relay beam. The second dichroic mirror is used to receive the relay beam, and separate the relay beam into a second color beam and a third color beam. The three light valves are used to modulate the three color beams into three light beams. The beam combining module is used to combine the three light beams to form a multi-color image.

A laser projector includes a laser source, a first dichroic mirror, a wavelength conversion module, a second dichroic mirror, a first, a second and a third light valves and a beam combiner. The laser source is for providing a blue beam including a first portion and a second portion. The first dichroic mirror is for receiving and allowing the blue beam to penetrate. The wavelength conversion module is for receiving the first portion and emitting a yellow beam to the first dichroic mirror. The second dichroic mirror is for receiving and separating the yellow beam reflected by the first dichroic mirror into a green and a red beam. The first, second and third light valve are for receiving and modulating respectively the second portion of the blue beam, the green beam and the red beam. The beam combiner is for the beams to form a multi-color image.
