A machine for smashing thermosetting materials includes a high-pressure direct drive pump assembly, a mixing tank, a chemical solution tank, a hydraulic-control solenoid valve, a low-pressure auxiliary pump, a directional valve set and a controller. The controller, connected signally with the high-pressure direct drive pump assembly, the mixing tank, the chemical solution tank, the hydraulic-control solenoid valve, the low-pressure auxiliary pump and the directional valve set, is used to control opens and closes of the first directional valve, the second directional valve, the third directional valve and the hydraulic-control solenoid valve so as to supply the chemical solution in the chemical solution tank to the mixing tank.

The present disclosure provides a processing method of suspension abrasive jets, and the method comprises the following steps. Provide a workpiece on the processing machine. A suspension abrasive containing a plurality of abrasive particles with the same electrical property is provided in an abrasive suspension container. A non-aqueous fluid is supplied to the abrasive suspension container from a high pressure source. The workpiece is machined by jetting a suspension abrasive jet that couples a suspension abrasive and the non-aqueous fluid from a nozzle. The suspension abrasive and the non-aqueous fluid of the suspension abrasive jet are respectively recycled to the abrasive suspension container and the high pressure source by an abrasive separation and recycling device after the process.

Processing system of suspension abrasive jets

A water jets cutting machine includes a first rotating seat driven by a first motor to rotate about a first rotation axis, a second rotating seat driven by a second motor to rotate about a second axis, a water jets cutting head, an inertial measurement unit (IMU) for detecting an inclination angle of the water jets cutting head, and a controller connecting the first and second motors and the IMU. The controller is able to control the first and second motors to instantaneously conduct compensation for angular deviation of the water jets cutting head according to attitude and position signals which are fed back to the controller by the IMU.
