A lighting device including an upper casing, a light emitting diode (LED) light source, a first reflective plate and a packaging lens is disclosed. The upper casing includes a supporting member. The LED light source is disposed on the supporting member. The first reflective plate is disposed on the supporting member and is separated from the LED light source by a first distance. The first reflective plate and a normal line of a supporting surface of the supporting member form a first angle which is greater than 0&#xb0; and smaller than 40&#xb0;. The packaging lens is disposed on the supporting member and covers the LED light source and the first reflective plate.

Lighting device and reflective plate therefor for making the lighting device generate a predetermined light type

A lighting assembly is assembled on a light pole. The lighting assembly comprises a lighting portion, an assembling portion, a first fixing member and a second fixing member. The lighting portion has a light-output surface. The assembling portion is connected to the lighting portion, and the assembling portion has a holder. The holder is configured to hold a free end of the light pole, and inner diameters of the holder gradually decrease from an outer end surface to the lighting portion, such that the free end abuts an inner wall of the holder. The first fixing member passes through a through-hole of a first side of the holder; the second fixing member passes through a through-hole of a second side of the holder, wherein the second side is opposite to the first side.

Lighting assembly

A terminal block assembly includes a block housing, a surge protection device, a plurality of cable-receiving seats, a plurality of connector sets and a first fuse. The block housing defines an accommodating space that confines the surge protection device. The cable-receiving seats and the connector sets are mounted on the block housing. Each of the connector sets includes at least one first connector that is electrically connected to a light-emitting module of an outdoor lamp, and a second connector that extends into the accommodating space and that is electrically connected to the surge protection device. The first fuse is mounted to the block housing, and is electrically connected to the surge protection device.

Terminal block assembly

A lens, which is adapted to control distribution of light emitted by a light source, includes a curved light-projecting surface distal from the light source, and a light-incident surface opposite to the light-projecting surface. The light-incident surface includes a plurality of curved sections facing the light source, and a plurality of connecting sections. Each of the connecting sections interconnects two adjacent ones of the curved sections, and has opposite first and second connection sides that are respectively connected to the two adjacent ones of the curved sections. A distance between the first connection side and the light source is not equal to a distance between the second connection side and the light source.

A luminaire and method of installing same on a mounting pole including a housing having a flange and a plurality of LEDs. The flange includes formed therein a plurality of spaced apart holes disposed along a line, a slot disposed along the line, and a central hole disposed along the line and between the slot and the spaced apart holes. The plurality of LEDs are attached to or disposed in the housing. The method includes hanging the luminaire on an upper mounting bolt extending from a mounting pole, sliding the upper mounting bolt along the slot so that a conduit hole and the central hole are at least partially aligned to each other and one of the plurality of spaced apart holes is aligned to a lower mounting hole, and installing a lower mounting bolt through a lower mounting hole and the one spaced apart hole aligned therewith.

A lighting device installation method includes the following steps. Firstly, a holder including a first stopping structure and a first engaging structure is fixed on an installation surface. Then, a lighting device including a second stopping structure and a third stopping structure is provided. The second stopping structure and the third stopping structure are collaboratively defined as a second engaging structure. Then, the second engaging structure of the lighting device is stopped by the first stopping structure of the holder, so that the lighting device is supported by the lower portion of the holder. Then, electrical connection between the lighting device and a power source is established. Afterwards, the second engaging structure of the lighting device is engaged with the first engaging structure of the holder, so that the lighting device is supported by the upper portion of the holder.

A housing of light emitting device including a first part for accommodating a light emitting diode module and providing a space for heat dissipation is disclosed. The first part includes an outline casing forming an enclosed room and at least one heat conductive structure disposed inside the enclosed room. The heat conductive structure couples to a heat dissipating side and a light emitting side of the outline casing.

An assembly structure of light-guiding cover is used in a lighting device. The lighting device comprises a light-emitting element. The assembly structure comprises a casing and a light-guiding cover. A luminaire including a housing with a service compartment that is accessible through an opening in the housing, a light source, electrical components disposed in the service compartment for powering and operating the light source, and a door rotatably connected to the housing for rotation between a closed position where the door covers the opening and an open position where the door does not cover the opening. The rotatable connection includes an asymmetric pin extending from the door and a cavity formed in the housing having a hinge opening of width W. The asymmetric pin has a cross sectional thickness t and a cross sectional height h. Width W is less than height h and greater than thickness t, such that the pin is removable through the hinge opening when the door is in a removal position where the pin thickness t is aligned to the hinge opening width W.

An LED lamp that includes a housing forming an open cavity, a plurality of LEDs configured to produce a light output disposed in the cavity, a lens disposed over the LEDs for focusing and/or diffusing the light output, and a redirection shield disposed in the cavity. The redirection shield includes a base plate with a plurality of apertures formed therein, and a plurality of shielding plates extending from a top surface of the base plate. The LEDs extend through the apertures. The shielding plates block a portion of the light output such that an overall light distribution of the light output from the LED lamp is asymmetric.
